You say cultural fluidity will not make racism worse. Why not say racial fluidity won't make racism worse? Because you're trying to soften the reality of your actions.

But I'm left wondering if you conveyed the value of your book to the public in the way it deserved. Years ago when I first saw you in the news I was not offended by the choices you made and knew I should reserve my opinion until I knew more details. I have no issue how someone chooses to style their hair, I do have an issue with someone failing to acknowledge their roots and trying to be something they're not. She needs serious therapy
Her shenanigans put him in this position, and she is raising them to believe she is a black American, currently a Nigerian. I get he loves his mother, but at what point does he wake up from the nightmare she created and realize she created their problems? Her children are adults now, as biracial young men who are still being subjected to their mothers' odd obsession, how do the handle it? Do they ever ask "when does it end?" The issue is at home and not with the people. She chose to keep this up and not make her kids reputation the greater priority. His mom is very talented and should be able to work, but how can she be trusted at any job when she struggles to be honest with herself?

She can't be trusted. Nobody is going to deal with a personality like that. It's too bad she she just can't do her thing and say I'm not black, but I wish I was. It's that simple.
Are you completely insane? FDR a racist? So the New Deal social welfare programs were racist? The ardent defeat of Nazi Germany was racist? When you look at the overall social welfare programs that he put in place, you believe that he was racist? Really? And I don’t get your animus against the other presidents. For example, if it weren’t for Washington’s sacrifices, we would have no civil liberties. We would not have civil rights. So what is your point here? Red paint on former US presidents. Who sacrificed much in order to guarantee our civic freedoms. Why not focus on those who have actively fought to suppress our freedoms?
My degrees are in Social Work and Sociology and Psychology. I worked as a Counselor for the Federal Prison System for about 15 years as well as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor for the Air Force for several years as well. I resigned from the federal prison system after years of seeing as much injustice in the system as I saw justice. Correctly put there is such a thing as institutionalized racism or racist practices which disproportionately impact certain groups over others. Racism was engineered into the 'SYSTEM' here in America but it's not a new concept or practice and it's a practice that has literally been around since the beginning of man's time on earth. Culture has more to do with behaviors than does race. Culture can determine how one group views and treats another group. Culture is "learned behavior" based on things we've been taught be they right or wrong. Stinking thinking can be unlearned IF one is aware that it exist and needs to be changed. Having said that I don't see our problems in America as simply being one of black vs white so much as I see it as a Powerful Elite vs Society in general. The number one objective of any business is to make business for itself. In order for the powerful elite to keep their power and their systems controlled and generating their predetermined outcomes they will continue to generate business for themselves at our expense. Prisons need prisoners, divorce courts need divorces, the courts and attorneys need criminals and cases for business to flourish, drug companies need sick people to keep business alive etc. etc. Their objective is to always keep one group in society pitted against another and viewed as 'the enemy' so that neither group wakes up to the TRUTH that it is the elites behind the curtain that are pulling all the strings of corruption. The judges, lawyers and government itself are all part of that SYSTEM. I used to tell my coworkers in the prison system to be careful how they allow the government to USE them. Some listened others not so much. But since I resigned in 2000 much of the corruption in government has been or is being exposed. People are waking up and I seriously see and even welcome a new revolutionary or civil war if need be. Powerful people NEVER voluntarily give up their power. It has to be TAKEN from them.
