I tried making this today and it turned out so goodddddd!! The texture is crunchy just like what I wanted, I also added more matcha powder (abt 30grams in total), but idk why it still doesn’t have a strong matcha flavor. It's because each brand has a different taste of Matcha Powder. I recommend Uji Matcha Powder from Japan. To make the matcha taste stand out, you have to add more matcha powder🤣Thank you for watching my video :) 💖
