my weight was 95 kg, height 182cm, i was 32% bodyfat, i didnt do any cardio, and didnt even dieting, i just change my workout to be very intense for 1 hour, 3day split 1 day rest, eat high protein meal every 3 hours, , it's just 3 months now, but i can feel and see the changes in my body. i'm now my weight 102kg and body fat 22%. i dont think you need to lose weight first to lowering your body fat, because your fat actually help you going stronger in the gym. now that my bodyfat 22% i want to reduce it again to 15%, but i can feel that my power isn't as big as when i was 32%. i think if you lose weight first, it means you're wasting your stored energy just to get lean, but no muscle built.
Tip for you would be if your going to post shorts wearing fake tan, atleast make it look like a tan and not patch work😅 Come on mate, but regardless of that solid advice.

Ive been seeing alot of mixed instructions on HIIT exercises vs low intensity exercises. You suggest low intensity exercises, such as walking, but what benefit do those have over HIIT? Or does it just have to do with metabolic rate?
Your last point of getting someone involved just for accountability is very important. I almost gave up until a neighbor saw me and said she has noticed ma progress. I was like wow then im not shopping since she has been able to notice my progress without me saying it. Im still on it anytime im tired i just remembered i cant fail the people who have noticed then i keep going even harder
@@3nigma2013 I mix them with things, like my lunch today, 60g of noodles, 100g of chicken breast and 100g of egg white, all fried together (no oil) with spices. 35g of protein for only 210 calories.
