Have a wonderful day as well. Felt pretty great after. Funny enough during alternate nostril breathing I noticed it is now my right nostril somewhat blocked. It was my left nostril less active last time so I wonder what that means? Interesting. Thank you again for this amazing practice, you're awesome and appreciated.

Yeah, I have noticed that too sometimes, the shifting of the "dominant" nostril. According to yoga, right side means yang energy and the left yin, and they say that depending on which side flows more freely that's your predominant energy, e.g. free flowing left nostril means yin is more dominant, so the relaxed,calm, passive state. That this is allegedly the one that's more open upon waking, for example. Both of them open means balance. So they say, anyway. Cheers!!

Very nice breathwork. Haven't seen this variation with the one nostril dragon breath. I seem to have a damaged/congested left nostril so I'm glad to have this video as part of my journey to recovery. Thank you

just a suggestion fine sir .......without getting cosmic fancy get your basic body back to health first ......as you got many pending issues eg blood- immune -bones -concussion -iron salt etc THE DOWSER

@@parmeetkaur1106 you have to do it regularly. It depends on what you are seeking relief from as well. It won't just cure a headache but if you do it daily it may help
