When the disciples of Jesus ask if John the Baptist was a prophet, Jesus said he was much more than a prophet, he was a messenger so when EGW claimed she was a messenger, she was claiming to be much more than a prophet.
Yes, John 1:1 is translated correctly in most bibles. "The Word was God". Jesus Christ is fully divine and fully human. No diety, no Savior. Isaiah 43:11 - I, I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior.
To the extent she copied the pioneering protestants and did a certain amount of extrapolating the trends, why complain? 1 generation from the dark ages is just a primer or initiation. She did admit on occasions that further light may arrive, un anticipated and length of time a belief is held, is not the be all end all. But there is examples of shepherd boys, long haired nazarenes, weird prophets like Hosea, antics of laying on one side for 40 days, anything to illustrate to child like minds a diff realty. Psa.87 is an example of God is the light to every man that has entered this world.
Satan has begun his attacks on the remnant church. We have to get used to this type of things as we approach the union of church and State and the sunday legislation. I have been a SDA for 57 yrs. Never have I been taught that worship must be done on Saturday/Sabbath; nor have I seen such a position expressed in any Adventist publication. We have consistently held what the Bible testifies from Gen to Rev. i.e. that God required of Adam and All mankind, the OBSERVANCE of the SEVENTH DAY SABBATH in COMMEMORATION of the CREATION OF THE HEAVEN AND EARTH. God's Royal Holy people are free to worship at all times including Sunday. What we protest against is the brazen attempt to substitute the 'Sunday Sabbath' in the place of God's Seventh Day Sabbath that is rooted in creation.
Only the Catholics has apparently changed from Saturday to Sunday, but according to you folks now everyone that dares it to worship on a Sunday is a Sunday Worshiper.

You make the claim that SDAs use the Clear Word Bible as their standard Bible. Not true, they use a variety of versions but primarily the KJV. I never owned the Clear Word Bible in the many years I was a member of the SDA Church and only a small percentage use it. I didn't even know about it being a SDA Bible. You exaggerate without knowing the facts to present a distorted version of SDAs to deceive your audience.
Yea, I never said it was their “Standard Bible.” I said they have their own Bible. Which is a fact. Also, it’s still sold under the category of Bible in their book store. SDA’s try to distance themselves from the book because it makes them look too similar to the Jehovah Witnesses. Here’s my question. From the perspective of an SDA, what’s wrong with the Clear Word Bible? Is there anything in it you disagree with. The answer is likely no, because the writer of that book simply ported over SDA doctrine and beliefs into the text.

Besides, there is no comparison to the JWs Bible as you are trying to conjecture. The JWs do have their own version of the Bible, which is SOLELY used by their members consistently. Also, pertaining to my doctrine, we don’t have to agree on everything to be in the one Body of Christ, it’s ok to disagree on the non-salvation issues. @@asunibobb of course! Sure! i would have to rewatch to make sure I remember everything, I have seen a few of your videos! I see how much heart you have, which is awesome! I can feel how sincere you are. From what I remember, I don’t think you believe in the 7th day Sabbath, my husband and I came from non-denominational Sunday churches after we came to Christ and went through studying the Sabbath topic for about a year in depth, we concluded and believe that new covenant Christians should keep the biblical 7th day Sabbath (not feast day sabbaths) from the creation week. (We are not SDA or of any denomination) we just follow the Bible and seek to be as Christ and lead others to Him and out of false doctrine. Christ custom was resting and having church on the Sabbath, so was Paul’s, there’s no commandment stating Sunday as the new Sabbath or transference, so we will keep the Sabbath, it has been such a huge blessing! We are vegetarians, seeking to preserve our bodies - the temple of the Holy Spirit and take in closer to the original diet God gave to mankind in the beginning. However, we do believe that eating meat is acceptable and fine and we ought not to judge. Although, we also believe there are meats God did not qualify as permissible for consumption, rather for other purposes such as cleaning up the environment. - there has been medical/ scientifical studies we have seen that confirm the foods He prohibits are in fact harmful to the body for various reasons, thus being why He has commanded us not to eat them. And referring to the scriptures on all creatures are okay to eat, then we can be cannibal if that is taken too far out of context. We obviously cannot eat all creatures or other humans. We do believe there is a cap on what is permissible as far as meat consumption- that has been established prior and we believe that still remains. We don’t believe that God will rapture the church before the tribulation but rather we are to endure unto the end and He will come after. Passover, Feast of Booths, Day of Atonement, Feast of First Fruits, and Feast of Trumpets, were all appointed feasts, just as Shabbat was an appointed feast. You have no biblical evidence that the weekly Shabbat was distinguished from the other feasts. Shabbat was the sign of the covenant between God and Israel. Now tell me you are Israel to further prove you are bible illiterate.

It points people to a false Jesus, not the Jesus of the Bible. Her Jesus hasn’t always been equal with God. Her Jesus is Michael the Arch Angel. Her Jesus didn’t complete His work of redemption alone at the cross of Calvary. Her Jesus is a False Christ.
Whether you want to admit it or not, the writings of EGW totally shaped the way SDA interprets the Bible. If your interpretation of scripture is wrong, then you are in error and are being deceived. Just the origins of the SDA church alone is a red flag. This church and its prophet are the product of a failed prophecy of the messiah returning in 1844. You shouldn’t follow ANYONE who claims to know the day or the hour of the messiah’s return. So the simple fact EGW followed a false prophet, and then proceeded to clean up his failed prophecy by receiving a vision that explained what was really meant to happen in 1844.. how can anyone excuse this?? That prophecy failed, and should’ve been left in the past, but instead they needed to justify it and build a whole denomination around it.
I’ve read SDA source material, I do have the facts and I reference them through the video. I unfortunately many in the SDA church has believed a lie and are calling it truth. Can you highlight 1 things that I seem to “misunderstand” with any evidence???

Read the Bible then compare it to Mrs. Whites writings. She does not go against the Bible. In fact she points people to the Bible. Although she wishes that people like you wouldn't read her writings because you twist what she is saying. A lot of her writings are letters written to a certain person that had nothing to do with you or I. She gave good practical advise. Do you even know why Desire or Ages and Steps to Christ was written? Do you even know one of her last statements was focus on Jesus. You would gain the same understanding as Mrs. White if you actually read your Bible and spent as much time in Bible study as Mrs. White. Whatever you are looking for you will find. If you are looking to attack the Adventist church you will find what you are looking for... stop taking the name Adventist and using it for your advantage. The Adventist church doesn't make anyone stay Adventist. Leave. But leave gracefully without attacking the Church. The church isn't wrong. There might be bad apples in the church but God Will take care of the bad apples. God's church will move forward even with people like you attacking His church. Let the wheat and the tares grow together... And if you actually read Mrs. Whites readings you wouldn't be posting the trash you are posting. Start of with Steps to Christ. Let me point out that Steps to Christ is also used by other religions. It is a well written book that focuses on Jesus 100% . Say what you want but anyone who reads Mrs. Whites writings will know that she was inspired by God. Spend a day or even a few hours with the Bible and compare it to EGW writings. You attack God's messenger and God will deal with you accordingly. God doesn't like to be mocked.
@@BHKM6482 I’ve read the Bible in it’s entirety several times. Many of the conclusions she draws are absent from scripture, but very present in the non-canonical books she plagiarized from. For example, did you know that EGW’s “Great Controversy” was taken from the book “Paradise Lost?” Go on RU-vid and watch a summary of that book that predates the writing of EGW and you’d probably think she wrote that book too. There are many other examples of her plagiarism but I think this would be a great place to start. I have 2 videos on my channel clearly detailing the errors of EGW from SDA SOURCES. I’m not quite sure what the issue is, am you just don’t want to believe what is right before your eyes. As I said, provide 1 thing that I got “wrong” and we could discuss that further.
@asunibobb You missed the boat badly. First, there is no reason why Ellen White could not use the ideas of others in expressing the thoughts she wished to convey. Second, as for John Milton, the book provides no evidence to substantiate the claim.. Scholarly studies have noted some similar thoughts but no literary dependence. In 1858, after hearing Ellen White give an account of her vision of the great controversy, J. N. Andrews asked her if she had read Milton’s epic. She assured him she had not. J. N. Andrews later wrote and believed that Ellen White’s writings were inspired by God. As well, about 300 hours went into reviewing the copyright scene from 1790 to 1915, and has studied carefully the definitions of plagiarism, has examined Ellen White’s use of sources. “Ellen G. White was not a plagiarist and her works did not constitute copyright infringement/piracy." Ellen White’s writings agree with the Bible; they lift up Jesus Christ as our Saviour, our substitute and example. You could learn from Mrs. White’s message. Instead, you waste your time attacking others when you could be spending your time telling others about Jesus-lift up Jesus Christ as our Saviour... Besides, how do you know Milton was original with the predecessor-how do you know he did not get it from someone else who,in turn, got it from still another earlier someone else? Didn't Solomon say, “There is no new thing under the sun”?
Typology is the language of the Bible. The 2 goats 🐐 in Leviticus Chapter 13 are a picture 📸 of Israel! They are chosen form among the congregation , one is sacrificed the other sent onto the wilderness to reason with Yehwa . This happened in the Babylon exile, the diaspora, and with happen again in Revelation Chapter 13! JESUS who was without sin was made sin in our place the substitunary atonement. Jesus was never a goat 🐐.! HE IS THE LAMB OF GOD.
Jesus is typified as a Lamb, a Goat, and a Snake in scripture. Of course, Jesus is none of those animals, He is God. However, God used these various animals to point to a work that Jesus Christ would fulfill. I know the snake one is as hard to read as it was for me to write, but remember when the fiery serpents were released amongst the Israelites? God told mose to make a brass serpent and place it on a stick and raise it up. He then said if anyone looks upon the serpent that was hanging on the wood, they would be healed (saved from death). Numbers 21:4-9 Jesus later says that if he be lifted up, he would draw all men unto him. John 12:32 Jesus also says: And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: -John 3:14
I have a very good SDA friend. It took a long time to understand when he said "Grace", he had an entirely different understanding of the word. His idea 💡 of "Grace" was through the Lens of Ellen G. White's (Investigative Judgment). I had to dive into SDA Apoligenecs to understand what he was meaning by Grace. They won't offer up this information because it's in Hebrews Chapter 9 that Jesus had entered "the Holy of Holies" before Hebrews was written, not in the 1800's!

Here’s a quote from EGW on interracial marriages: “” But there is an objection to the marriage of the white race with the black. All should consider that they have no right to entail upon their offspring that which will place them at a disadvantage; they have no right to give them as a birthright a condition which would subject them to a life of humiliation. The children of these mixed marriages have a feeling of bitterness toward the parents who have given them this lifelong inheritance. For this reason, if there were no other, there should be no intermarriage between the white and the colored race.-Manuscript 7, 1896. “” Apparently having mixed kids is a disadvantage and frowned upon in the SDA church…
What does “It was a dream” mean? Based on EGW, didn’t God speak to her through dreams? If it was “just a dream” to her, then why did she follow the instructions of the spirit masquerading as her deceased husband? Why did she treat the dream like an answer to her prayer from God? Please stop making excuses for her. This is clearly Necromancy.
The evidence against Ellen White as being a false prophet is abundant. So many failed prophecies. So much back pedaling. But I see Adventists grasping at straws constantly in order to defender her. It's unfortunate, but it always reminds me of jesus saying on the matter. Matthew 10:37 - Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Loving a false prophet more than loving the truth and loving a false Church more than the truth; I think the bible is clear, that it is detrimental to your salvation. Any one who genuinely wants the truth; has only to open their heart and ask God to reveal it to them, but .... open your heart to accept the truth. The fact that people are not doing that in light of in this case evidence against their prophet, well, I think you'll be judged on that; because what is reveals is you want what you have, not what is true.
Many things Ellen talked about has come true like coffee and tea 🍵 being bad for you she said that in the 1800's now we all know now its bad for us she doesn't sound false to me she talks in 1901 Ellen saw new york building that was not built yet crashing down burning this was 9/11 attack she predicted. She talked about cancer caused by germs before anyone new Ellen predicted this way before Francis Peyton did but he got the award she said Drugs will be the cause of most deaths she said that in 1864 way before Medical Science did she predicted all animals will be unsafe thats happening now who is a false prophet? She doesn't look false to me white also predicted a National Sunday Law will come that will force all to worship the beast on Sunday is she right? Wait ✋️ and see what Happens.
