They can lie, misrepresent, name call, and slander, but that will never change the reality: Jesus Christ is the eternal God part of the Trinity, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savoir, I am saved and justified by faith in Christ atoning blood, I am sanctified by the Spirit, the Bible and the Bible only is my rule of faith by which every doctrine and individual is tested including Ellen White, God's moral law has never changed, the seventh day Sabbath is validated by the full authority of the scriptures, there is a Judgement before the second coming in which God will judge every work "with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil", humans are not immortal and the righteous will receive immortality at the second coming, the righteous dead are sleeping in their graves awaiting the resurrection at Christ second coming, and daily I must "grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ". This is what makes me a Seventh Day Adventist.

Miller didn't teach false prophecies he just miss understood the bible the Miller rights had to go and prophecy again like the like they thought Jesus was coming to the earthly sanctuary but no He went into the Heavenly sanctuary to make intersession for us before His Father this is how the Great Disappointment happened many thought Jesus was coming so they had a misunderstanding of the Heavenly Sanctuary Holy and the Most Holy place of the sanctuary they didn't know Jesus is the High Priest He is doing what the earthly Priest did in sanctuary read Lev in the bible when the Hight Priest was the only one who could enter the sanctuary once a year he went in the Holy place to kill an animal for the sins of the people take the blood of that animal to the Most Holy Place he would sprinkle the blood upon the alter ,so now Jesus is doing the same thing except he is using Himself as the Lamb and forgive confessed sins of His people this He is doing in the Most Holy Place in the Heavenly sanctuary but the Miller Rights thought Jesus was coming back to the earthly sanctuary people started to confess their sins many sold their businesses and homes they were so disappointed how they made this mistake they misinterpreted scripture like you are misinterpreting adventisim like the Jews misinterpreted what Jesus told them about why He came they thought He Jesus was coming to take hold of his father's earthly throne and to fight the Roman's they were disappointed when He told them He came to preach the gospel to gentials to undo the error eaching of the pharisees and Saducess the church of that time actually the SDA conference the jews misunderstood his coming so when Jesus didn't take the throne they were mad and let him be crucified so you are misunderstanding the Miller Right movement and Adventistism as a you are miss quoting the Trinity we believe God is one in three persons not God in one person if you say God in one person that's excluding the Holy Spirit and most Adventist don't do teach that and you say Adventist teach the same as every other religion except the Sabbath not true because most religions believe Sunday is the sabbath Adventist believe Saturday is the sabbath because it's the seventh day of the week we don't believe sunday is the sabbath because it's the first day of the week it's not something we picked and chose God did . The sabbath is not the only difference Adventistism teaches what others don't teach is the earthly and Heavenly Sanctuary messages in Lev and that Jesus is our High priest making intersession for His people in the Heavenly Sanctuary some religious like the Jews believe Jesus hasn't come yet so you made a false statement by Saying the sabbath is the only difference many religion included some jews don't believe Jesus is God but Jesus said Me and the Father are one He is in me and I in Him this is why Jesus said on the cross why have you forsaking me to the Father because their was a separation this is the only time God left His Son even the angels couldn't enter fear .Adam and eve separated them selves from God when they sinned. We separate ourselves from God when we sin and we crucify Christ a-fresh each time we sin this is not being taught from many pulpit so their are many things that Adventist teach that others don't teach like the health message many religions believe you can eat what ever you want as long as you pray over it Really! The bible says different read Lev the Lord told us what to eat ant not to eat after the Flood til now God only told His people to fleash because there was no vegetation after the flood they were only allowed to eat clean meats Repersenting a sinless life this is not taught in many pulpit Adventistism teach a lot of things many religions are not teaching.

@@pierschoenpandiangan2022 The priest was to take two birds, and slay one of them and the other was dipped in its blood and then released. Lev. 14:1-7. There are differences in the two services. For the scapegoat was not dipped in the blood of the slain goat. However there are similarities, as one bird being slain and the other released. There is no doubt that the slain bird represented Jesus’ shed blood on Calvary, setting people free from the condemnation of sin. The bird set free represents Jesus removing the sins and setting people free from the penalty of sin which is death. The two goats make a complete atonement as well as the two birds. @@Storiedtold11 Ellen White plainly said, when writing to an Adventist who was concerned about other people’s behavior, that the individual should be focused on themselves and their own character development because one blot upon the character, one sin unconfessed and unrepented of, will close for you the gates of the city of God. If the standard to pass the investigative judgment is the 10 Commandments (which the SDA Church does teach by way of Ellen G. White), and any sin on your record will stand against you for your condemnation if it hasn’t been confessed (even unforgotten sins), then it logically follows that one has to get to a point of no longer sinning at all in order to make it through this judgment and be saved. She explicitly states that, in order to stand in the Time of Trouble and not fall away, one will have to be as sinless as Jesus was during His temptation with Satan. In fact, Ellen White said to cease from sin is to be redeemed. It’s actually what she taught Christ died for. She also claimed Christ saves no one in disobedience. Which means any person who still struggles with sin can’t say that they are actually redeemed until they get to a point where they have totally ceased from sin (what they call “total victory”). The root of the SDA issue is their low, truncated view of God’s standard which is often times boiled down to “trying your best,” which completely misses how holy God is and how far we fall short. In her book Mind, Character, and Personality, Vol. 2, she plainly says that Christ came to demonstrate the fact that humanity, allied by living faith to divinity, can keep all the commandments of God. He came to make plain the immutable character of the law and declare that disobedience and transgression can never be rewarded with eternal life. Which means only those who arrive at a sinlessly perfect state (complete and total sinlessness) will be saved. This same thing is seen in the organizations official church paper: “And Enoch walked with God : and he was not; for God took him.” Gen. 5:24. It is only a short journey to the heavenly hills, brethren, if we walk with God. In John 15:10, Jesus tells us he kept his Father’s commandments. He did not say, “I am trying to keep” them, but he says, “I have kept” them. So it is not enough that we try to keep the commandments. We must keep them. The character of the saints is not established by their failures to keep the commands of God, but by their success in doing so. Those who simply try to keep the commandments, are moral cripples; they do not walk with God; they simply hobble along after him… All through the Bible, God has made it our duty to keep the commandments. And we are to keep them even as Christ kept them. We must do one of two things: we must either keep them, or charge God with mockery. The very fact that God has commanded us to keep them, is evidence that we can do so. If we cannot keep them, the command is tyrannical. If the command is not tyrannical, and we do not keep them, we are morally weak, and do not walk with God. Crazy Quotes from Ellen G. White By Robert K. Sanders When I come across Ellen G. White's (EGW) crazy quotes doing research, I wonder how I ever believed this stuff-for 37 years. When I read them now I have a good laugh. I hope you see the humor in them also. 1) Excessive seeing is a sin: "Excessive indulgence in eating, drinking, sleeping, or SEEING, is sin." -Counsels on Diet and Foods, page 141, written in 1880. I guess EGW did not want her help "seeing" her excessive indulgence in eating meat, oysters, drinking wine, and stealing material for her books from uninspired authors. 2) Piano tuners deal with insanity: In many cases I have advised out-of-door work for piano tuners, telling them that unless they changed their business, they would have to deal with insanity. -Letter 104, 1901. I wonder how many piano tuners tried to tune pianos out-of-doors in the winter so they would not go insane? Really! Perhaps wearing gloves would help keep them from going insane! How many piano tuners have gone insane? 3) Having an upset stomach will make infidels: Deranged stomachs have made infidels. You can be a preacher of righteousness in this respect. The greatness of the work that may be accomplished in the lines of health reform has not been comprehended or appreciated. There is religion in the making of good bread. I hope you will consider these things, and realize that your work is of consequence. -Manuscript Releases, Volume Fourteen, page 342, paragraph 2. Would taking Pepto-Bismo after being gassed up eating SDA Veggie meat keep you from becoming infidels? And I always thought an infidel was a person that rejected Christ or was not a Christian-not caused by a deranged stomach. 4) Tea and coffee drinking loosens the tongue: When these tea and coffee users meet together for social entertainment, the effects of their pernicious habit are manifest. All partake freely of the favorite beverages, and as the stimulating influence is felt, their tongues are loosened, and they begin the wicked work of talking against others. -Counsels on Diet and Foods, p. 423. SDAs must drink a lot of coffee and tea in secret. I remember some church members back-stabbing their fellow church members when they get together in their clicks. If you find this going on in your church, suggest that they lay off the coffee and tea! 5) Showing face and head are immodest: I was shown that the people of God should not imitate the fashions of the world... I was pointed back to God's ancient people, and was led to compare their apparel with the mode of dress in these last days. What a difference! What a change! Then the women were not so bold as now. WHEN THEY WENT IN PUBLIC, THEY COVERED THEIR FACES WITH A VAIL. In these last days, fashions are shameful and immodest...The small bonnets, exposing the face and head, show a lack of modesty...The inhabitants are growing more and more corrupt... -Testimonies, Volume 1, pp. 188; 189. EGW would have supported the Muslim women wearing veils and burquas. EGW sure did not have her faced covered, so she was a bare faced hypocrite. See her pictures that she claimed were idols. 6) Angels need a gold card to get in and out of heaven: There is perfect order and harmony in the Holy City. All the angels that are commissioned to visit the earth hold a golden card, which they present to the angels at the gates of the city as they pass in and out. -Early Writings (1882), page 39. (Do angels really need a gold ID card to get in and out of heaven? Can evil angels deceive the loyal angels to get into heaven? Why did God withhold this important piece of information from Christians for over 2000 years?) 7) Women should not allow wet-nurses to suckle their babies or the babies will take on the temper and temperament of the nurse. A stranger performs the duties of the mother and gives from her breast the food to sustain life. Nor is this all. She also imparts her temper and her temperament to the nursing child. The child's life is linked to hers. If the hireling is a coarse type of woman, passionate, and unreasonable; if she is not careful in her morals, the nursling will be, in all probability, of the same, or a similar type. The same coarse quality of blood, coursing in the veins of the hireling nurse, is in that of the child. -The Health Reformer, September 1, 1871, paragraph 7. Ellen claims that if the wet nurse is a course woman with low morals the baby will have the same nature. Really? This means when the milk is digested by the baby and turned into blood, the brain will recognize that the milk came from a woman of low morals and pass that nature to the baby. Let us ask this question, if the milk the baby drinks comes from a cow, does the baby have the morals and nature of a cow? Please be concerned if the baby starts mooing. The low morals that babies have are not from the food they eat, but being born with a carnal nature. A former SDA lady wrote me that her mother is a real EGW fanatic and nothing that she says to her mother will move her from believing in EGW. This lady drank a glass of milk and then mooed in her mother's ear which her mother did not find funny. At another time she whispered in her mother's ear that she had a need to go outdoors and eat some alfalfa and hay. Even humor sometimes does not help a person to admit they have been deceived. 8) What is the most worthless job angels have on planet Earth? Watching over the dust of Wm. Miller says EGW in one of her "I saw" moments! God suffered him to come under the power of Satan, and death to have dominion over him. He hid him in the grave, away from those who were constantly drawing him from God. Moses erred just as he was about to enter the promised land. So also, I saw that Wm. Miller erred as he was soon to enter the heavenly Canaan, in suffering his influence to go against the truth. Others led him to this. Others must account for it. But angels watch the precious dust of this servant of God, and he will come forth at the sound of the last trump. -Spiritual Gifts, Volume 1 (1858), page 168. William Miller’s membership in the Masonic Order has been a matter of public record, in print, since 1853. Miller died in 1849. In 1858, nine years after Miller's death EGW had one of her visions from God where she pronounced him coming forth in the resurrection. This is important because EGW made it clear those that belonged to the Masons would lose their souls. Why did God tell Ellen that Miller would be saved and then give her another vision that those belonging to Masons would lose their souls? Any rational person can see EGW never received visions from God. In 1853, Sylvester Bliss noted in his Memoirs of William Miller, pp. 21, 22: “It was here [Poultney, Vermont] that Miller became a member of the Masonic fraternity, in which his perseverance, if nothing else, was manifested; for he advanced to the highest degree which the lodges in the country, or in any in that region, could confer.” There is no doubt that Mrs. White took every opportunity to degrade men who became Freemasons. Read the words she wrote regarding Brother Faulkhead: “The Lord also revealed to me Brother Faulkhead's connection with the FreeMasons, and I plainly stated that unless he severed every tie that bound him to these associations he would lose his soul. -Selected Messages, Volume 3 p. 85: 1980 Ed. Now which is it, will Wm. Miller will be resurrected with the saints or he will lose his soul because he was a Mason? Where does the Bible tells us that angels watch over the dead or the dust of the dead? 9) In heaven there will be no color line; for all will be as white as Christ himself. I received an e-mail that brought this to my attention as follows: Thus, Adventists not only have to observe the Jewish food, sabbath, and tithing laws, but they must actually look like Jews as well in order to enter heaven and have the same skin color as Jesus had. How do I tell my sweet little, five-year old, African-American granddaughter that the color of her skin is unacceptable for heaven? EGW: "The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, Whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance." You are the children of God. He has adopted you, and He desires you to form characters here that will give you entrance into the heavenly family. Remembering this, you will be able to bear the trials which you meet here. In heaven there will be no color line; for all will be as white as Christ himself. Let us thank God that we can be members of the royal family. -The Gospel Herald, March 1, 1901, paragraph 20, Article Title: Trust in God. Is God really going to change the color of your skin if you are not white? I f you are not white what is your reaction to this? Do you really accept EGW as a lesser light leading you to the greater light and that she is another source of truth?

You said both goats represent Jesus in lev 16. So what was the reason for casting lots? The Bible doesn’t say both goats are for the lord. “And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.” (Lev 16:8, KJV) It says one for the Lord, not both 😮
@asunibobb
@asunibobb 7 дней назад
The casting of lots in Leviticus 16 was to distinguish between the two roles the goats would play in the atonement process. The goats were identical, further supporting the idea that both symbolize one figure: Jesus Christ. One goat, selected for the Lord, was sacrificed as a sin offering, representing Jesus’ death and paying the penalty for sin. The other goat, the scapegoat, symbolically carried the sins of the people away into the wilderness, representing the removal of sin. Both goats together represent different aspects of Jesus' redemptive work: His sacrificial death and the removal of sin. Suggesting that the scapegoat represents Satan undermines Jesus' complete work of redemption, as it implies Satan is involved in the removal of sin, which contradicts biblical teaching and IS blasphemous. If the second goat represents Satan, are you saying that Satan carries our sins away? This contradicts John 1:29, which says, "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." This verse clearly indicates that it is Jesus, not Satan, who takes away the sin of the world.

@@asunibobb My brother, I want you to understand what you are saying. If that was the case base on your logic alone, that means the verse should’ve read “Both Goats for the Lord”.. Term for scapegoat means Azazel First question - do you see one goat for Jehovah, an individual. What would a goat for Azazel be? Another individual. Two different individuals. Second question, why were lots casted. This sacrifice was the only sacrifice where lots were required to be casted, no other sacrifices. But why? I think you gave your answer to this but I’m going to expand on this further. I want you to and anyone who reads these replies to know that the removal of sin done by the scapegoat is done by a strong man carrying the scapegoat out into the wilderness (Lev 16:21) but notice nothing happens to the live goat until the reconciliation has been finished! (Lev 16:20) So another question then, who is the strong man who will carry Jesus out into the wilderness? The scapegoat suffers the natural consequences of being removed from the world. No one actually kills him. He receives the punishment of death over time. If Jesus is he scapegoat, then that means that there must be a second death for Jesus to honor in order to remove sins, what you’re saying is that Jesus’s death at the cross wasn’t enough, because He has to die again if both Goats represent Jesus, which is contrary to Heb 9:28. Jesus bared the sins ONCE, not twice, are you saying Jesus is going to leave the sanctuary and place again the sins of the people upon his own head? For a second time? “So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” (Heb 9:28, KJV) The Bible states that without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sins (Heb 9:22). The blood of the scapegoat was never shed.. only the Lords goat 🤔. The blood of Jesus is sufficient enough and is all that is needed to cleanse us from sin (1 John 1:7, Rev 1:5) Let’s ask. Was Jesus punished for sin? Yes Jesus suffered on our behalf not bc of his sins because he didn’t have any but to bare our sins. Was it just that Jesus died or mercy? Pure mercy. Will Satan be punished for sin? Yes Is that mercy or Justice ? It is justice If anyone reject Christ, they are going to suffer for their sins. So if Satan does not suffer for his sins because he rejects Christ, where is justice ?? Word “lot” in the Hebrew is gôrâl gôrâl ; go-Rawl’ - From an unused root meaning to be rough (as stone); properly a pebble, that is, a lot (small stones being used for that purpose); figuratively a portion or destiny (as if determined by lot): - lot. So firstly a lot was used to determine “Destiny” Jehovah has a goat. Azazel has a goat. Different destinies, if it wasn’t so there would be no need for different lots. The casting of the lots signify that there was two different destinies. Let’s look at a few examples Determine inheritance Joshua 18:6 - children of Israel was to determine inheritance. Discovering the guilty party 1 Samuel 14:42-43 Determine who is the cause of trouble Jonah 1:7 Proverb 16:33 - word “disposing” means “Mishpât which means judgment. So we can see casting of lots means a casting of lots means judgment. So let’s look back at day of atonement Prob 18:18 - is there contention between Azazel and Jehovah ? There will be different destinies between Azazel and Jehovah represented in these goats. This casting of lots have to deal with judgement Eze 34:17 - God judges his flock, and this judgement causes contention to cease There is a reason why the priest could not choose which goat belonged to who. because human could not choose it because both goats were blemish free, only God could cast the judgement Let’s sum up so far * God himself is judging * Contention is between two parties * It is a deciding of one’s future or portion * There is a determining of who is responsible for trouble Lords Goat is representing the Lord The scapegoat is for “another person” it cannot be the Lord because both goats would be for the Lord. Matt 12:30 - So let’s ask, if one goat is for the Lord, meaning “with” or in favor, means the other goat is “against” the lord Casting of the lots representing different destinies or individuals that both goats represented Psalm 16:5 - my portion and my lot. Lam 3:24 - Who would want their lot to be with the lord ?Who wouldn’t want the lot of the goat that represented the lord? So there is a portion for the righteous, however there is a portion for the wicked
@_MountainOfTruth_

@@asunibobb Jer 13:24-25 - the wicked lot has to do with stubble and blown away the wind in the wilderness Pro 1:10-14 - from this idea if we cast a lot for the lord, we know we have our lot with the lord If we cast a lot with azazel we know we would have a lot for that goat. If we know they have different destinies, you have to choose. We know when Christ comes again he’s going to do be a casting of lots of sorts. Into eternal life and those cast away (Matt 25:32-34,41) Now Let’s look at this idea of goats. What else do they represent? Because Lev 17:7 talks about “no longer making sacrifices unto devils” read same verse diff version (ISV, CEV, ERV, ESV,) - we see different translations saying “Goat demon” so there are certain application of goats with demons. The Hebrew word for devils in that verse is saw-eer', saw-eer' From H8175; shaggy; as noun, a he goat; by analogy a faun: - devil, goat, hairy, kid, rough, satyr. Are you comfortable calling Jesus a demon? 🤔 Now back to Lev 16:5 - the word offering is not in the original text. It’s read offering for “sin” khat-taw-aw, khat-tawth' From 12398; an offence (sometimes habitual sinfulness), and its penalty, occasion, sacrifice, or expiation; also (concretely) an offender: - punishment (of sin), purifying (-fication for sin), sin (-ner, offering). These two goats were being offered because of “sin” The word “sin” is used 294 times in the Bible 214 is translated as “sin”, 72 times translated as “sins” and 3 times it’s translated as punishment Example of punishment “Sin” Gen 18:20 - use of sin is the same word used as sin offering lev 16:5. So both of these goats are going to be punished for “sin” Romans 6:23 Lam 4:6 Zec 14:19 Let’s go further, let’s begin to see who azazel is. You stated that both goats were “Spotless” meaning without “blemish”. Therefore one would say how can Satan be the scapegoat he isn’t “Blemish Free”. You’re right, Satan isn’t blemish free…however if we are applying the principle that “lots” are determining “destinies” what was Satans name before sin? Wasn’t Lucifer “Perfect” in the beginning? “Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.” (Ezk 28:14-15, KJV) What does the word perfect mean here tâmîym law-meem' means entire Integrity From H8552; entire (literally, figuratively or morally); also as noun integrity, truth: - without blemish, complete, full, perfect, sincerely (-ity), sound, without spot, undefiled, upright (-ly), whole. In lev 16 you have two goats that appear “spotless” one for the Lord and the other who represents another character azazel Ez 28:16 - Angel Lucifer was filled with violence and was therefore cast out of the mt of God Ez 28:18 - what does God mean Lucifer defiled the sanctuary ? This heavenly being who as a result of all the sin casted upon him is casted out Why is this interesting? Let’s go back to Lev 16:21 - let’s see what sending away means shâlach shaw-lakh A primitive root; to send away, for, or out (in a great variety of applications): - cast (away, out), let depart (down, go, loose), push away, put (away, forth, in, out)... So this goat azazel was cast away from the sanctuary. Who could this goat be? This goat who not for the lord, but for someone else Isa 14:12-14, 15-19 Now let’s begin to really go in depth. The foundation has now been set. Now with all that has been said, let’s now take a look at the day of atonement Lev 16:6 - 4 animals used on DOA Bullock, ram, 2 he goats Aaron (high priest) used the bullock for Atonement for himself and household Lev 16:15-16 goat for the people So bullock( high priest) and ram (high priest household) included in the ram sacrifice. Goat for the lord was all for the people; for the house, for atonement for Israel. Lev 16:17 - when the atonement was FINISHED. For people, holy place, high priest, etc Lev 16:20 and the end of atonement, THEN the live goat, now when the live goat is brought, is all the atonement finished ? Yes. * For people - Lords Goat * The Priest - bullock and the ram 🐏 * The temple - Lords goat, bullock and the ram Was atonement made for all of that? Yes. So whatever atonement this live goat is going to make has NOTHING to do with the same atonement that was done previously… Lev 16:21 - why are they put on the head of this goat? Lev 16:22 - why is the goat bearing sins? is it for the people? 2 chronicles 6:23 - when God justifies the wicked on one hand, he also recompenses or puts the wickedness of the wicked upon his own head. That’s justice Psa 7:16 - so the scapegoat does not make atonement for the people, the priest or the temple. Satan must make atonement for himself for the sins. Jesus paid the price for sin and had enough to pay for himself to come back to life. Satan doesn’t have enough money lol. 💰 Here’s some other verses as well indicating the same principle of bearing one’s iniquity Eze 44:10, 12 Lev 24:15 When Jesus bore our sins he died so we might live. When Satan bares all the sins placed on him, he will die because it is an act of justice. Lev 16:10 - atonement not for the people. But with Him (God) The word atonement means Atonement A primitive root; to cover (specifically with bitumen); figuratively to expiate or condone, to placate or cancel: - appease, make (an) atonement, cleanse, disannul, forgive, be merciful, pacify, pardon, to pitch, purge (away.), put off, (make) reconcile (-liation). Let’s look at some other ways “Atonement” is applied. Eze 20:38 - an atonement was happening. Those who were wicked was being purged out away from Gods people. But not with blood Num 25:7-8, 13 - what was the atonement that was made? It was removing a wicked doer from the present of the people. The man who died was not a type of Christ, he was a wicked man. And yet an atonement was made through the death of the wicked.. Remember the lords goat died. And the scapegoat lived. The Bible tells us that those who lose their life shall live, and those who seek to save their life shall die. (Matt 16:25) Lev 16:17 - atonement was finished first in the sanctuary that the scapegoat received his destiny. It is not until Jesus leaves heaven that the scapegoat will receive his atonement Lev 16:22 - what is this land? Jer 6:8 - the term desolate also means a place not inhabited. So the goat in Lev 16 is sent out into a land not inhabited means a place not inhabited. Jer 17:5-6 When the Bible speaks about a place not inhabited it’s speaking about a desolate place for the wicked. Rev 20:1-2 Jer 4:23 - an earth that is desolate and be in the world 1000 years and bare all the sins since the beginning of time. Jos 7:14 What does the word taketh mean? âkad law-kad" A primitive root; to catch in a net, trap or pit); generally to capture or occupy; also to choose (by lot); What is going to happen is a casting of lots bc they need to see who is the cause of their loss to Ai Jos 7:15-20 - Achan took a Babylonian garment and hid it among his tent. So this was judgement happening and the people of God could not advance because of the evil among them so Achan and his tribe was casted out into a valley. Ultimately the lot is going to fall on Satan and he will be casted out along with anyone who chose Babylon over Jerusalem. All who went against Christ. (2/2)

The casting of lots in Leviticus 16 was a divine method to determine the roles of the goats, ensuring that both aspects of atonement-sacrifice and removal of sin-were fulfilled. The two goats were identical, signifying that they together represent different aspects of a single figure: Jesus Christ. This does not imply contention between two parties but rather a comprehensive depiction of atonement. The removal of sin by the scapegoat does not suggest a second death for Jesus but illustrates the result of His atonement-sin being taken away from the people. Hebrews 9:28 confirms that Jesus was offered once to bear the sins of many, and that He also carried our sins away (1 John 3:5, John 1:29). Jesus is the ultimate fulfillment of all the law's sacrifices and offerings, including the burnt offering, sin offering, guilt offering, freewill offering, and others, with the scapegoat being only a part of this system. According to Leviticus 22:20-21, all animals used in these sacrifices and offerings had to be without blemish, which includes the scapegoat. Satan does not meet this requirement, but Jesus does perfectly.

Reading the books of the New Testament, we probably asked ourselves more than once: *"Why 2000 years we do not see those miracles that accompanied the Сhurch of Christ in the I century, as described in the New Testament?"* Why do the so-called preachers of Christ have to prove that Jesus really existed and atheists boldly deny the historicity or divine origin of Christ? Maybe because the Сhurch of Christ has not existed for 2000 years? The Сhurch does not exist in the form in which it is presented in the books of the New Testament, but there are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and other christian sects claiming to be the place of the Church, but they not have the only thing that distinguishes the divine from the human and is characteristic of just the Сhurch of Christ -the reinforcement of the word with signs, that is, miracles (Mark 16:15-20). Therefore, some researchers doubt the historicity of Christ, and some of them are not opposed to declaring him a an ordinary philosopher, teacher. But even if Jesus were an ordinary philosopher, his disciples would be ordinary followers of Jesus. And they would not dare to write about the miracles that not only Jesus, but also his disciples, could perform. If there were the Church in our time as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed, the sick are healed, where prophesied, and the dead are raised, no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then there would be the same controversy throughout the world as in the first century - Jesus the Son of God or the false prophet who seduces the world by miracles. As a result, we can say that the emergence and development of christian sects and atheism was the result of the fact that over the 2000 years the Сhurch of Christ did not exist. @@asunibobb You write: *"The Church of Jesus Christ is alive and well."* - Where is the Сhurch of Christ? Jesus said: *"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house."* (Matthew 5:14-15). If the Church of Christ existed, it would have been immediately noticed all over the world, and it would not have taken long to find it. It would be the same if Jesus, who preached in Judea, had not been noticed by the Jews who lived there. What can we know about the Church of Christ? What was she like? We know about the Church of Christ only what is known from the books of the New Testament. We do not know of any other Church of Christ outside the New Testament. What was the Church of Christ like in the books of the New Testament? It was a strictly hierarchical organization of believers baptized with the Holy Spirit where the gifts of the Holy Spirit were manifested. As written: *"Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues."* (1 Corinthians 12:27-28). This was the Church of Christ in the first century, but for 2000 years we no longer see such a Church of Christ, there are no Apostles, no prophets, no one has miraculous powers and gifts of healing. But we see gatherings of people headed only by teachers speaking in the name of Christ, but not having the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said: *"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover"* (Mark 16:17-18). There we also read: *"So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following"* (Mark 16:19-20). I would like to draw your attention to these words: *"the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following".* that is, miracles reinforce the word of God and they are important for the preaching of the teachings of Jesus. For 2000 years, including our time, we have not seen any believers who have accompanied or are accompanying these signs. But in the books of the New Testament we read that in the first century, believers performed many miracles. As written: *“And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people”* (Acts 6:8). *“Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them”* (Acts 15:12). *"Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. And there was great joy in that city"* (Acts 8:5-8). Where are Stephanes, Barnabas, Pauls in our time? Where is Philip, who brings great joy to the cities? In which church do the blind gain sight? Where are the lame and bedridden jumping for the joy of being healed? Where are demons cast out? Where are the dead raised? Where are the Prophets? Where do they lay hands on the sick and get rid of sickness? Such miracles are not performed in any church, anywhere in the world. Jesus said: *“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”* (John 14:12). But where are these believers now doing the works of Jesus and even more than Jesus himself did? The Church of Christ was destroyed in the first century and for 2000 years false churches appear that claim to be the Church of Christ but do not have the testimony of God, that is, miracles. It was by miracles that God testified about the Church of Christ, just as he testified about Jesus. As written: *“Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:”* (Acts 2:22). God testified about Jesus, and then about the Church of Christ by miracles. But the Church of Christ was destroyed in the same way as Christ was killed in due time, and therefore the signs and wonders that accompanied the Church ceased, and now She has been buried for 2000 years, but will rise in the last days as Jesus rose again. The prophecy of the death and resurrection of the Church is present in the parable of the ten virgins (Matthew 25:1-13). "Revelation" also prophesies about the emergence of the Church: *“And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:”* (Revelation 12:1). The emergence of the Church will just be a great sign of the imminent Coming of Christ.

My brother, your lengthy presentation refers. Allow me to comment as follows in the name of Jesus. (a) Most of it is based on willing ignorance and blatant prejudice on your part. (b) The 1843/1844 disappointment was not a product of failed prophecy but a Bible calculation by one Fitch, not Miller. Ellen only became a prophet in December of 1844. (b) Against your expectations, the Lord promised to bless His church with prophets. Mt.23:34; Eph.4:11. Amongst other things the role of a prophet includes establishing true doctrine. Eph.4:13-14. Ellen's couldn't have been an exception. How could you ignore God's counsels which come through His own APPOINTED messenger? (d) Your task should be to faithfully test whether she was a true or false prophet. 1Jn.4:1; 1Thes.5:19-22. Unfortunately you aren't doing that but have chosen the popular option, to stone the prophet and scorn the Bible Sabbath keepers simply because you are a human sabbatarian.... a case of negative Bible prophecy being fulfilled sadly. (e) The other big problem is that you disbelieve the holy Bible. E.g. It defines sin as the TRANSGRESSION of the LAW, ALL the TEN commandments. 1Jn 3:4; 1Sam.15:24; James 2:9-10. This is why you don't discern that violating the 4th commandment is Okey! In the absence of the law there can't be any SIN. Rom.4:15; 5:13. This explains why you don't acknowledge the heavenly judgment ongoing since you believe that Christ fulfilled the law, including the Sabbath, on our behalf so that we're left with no cross to carry. This explains why you consider OBEDIENCE to be salvation by works /legalism. Yours is not about TRUST AND OBEY but trust and DISOBEY, which is dead faith, faith without good works of obedience by grace. NB. In the New Covenant the law is written in our hearts so that we can keep them not discard them. Jer.31:31-33; Ez.36:26-27; accordingly, through sanctification the Holy Spirit EMPOWERS us to obey the law. 1pt.1:22; Acts 5:32. Christians can only be SAINTS if they keep all the TEN commandments of God .Rev 14:12; James 2:10. Only those who obey all the commandments of God (,by grace through faith) shall be saved. He.5:9; Rev.22:14; Mt.19:17. NB. My brother, how will you navigate through in DISOBEDIENCE?? Let's dea with the basics and avoid being too wordy in needless prejudice. May God bless you my brother as you seek to know the seven ways of testing a prophet so that you do not despise and stone the Lord through His messenger s.

I read that EGW was a part of the “Little Flock” and, along with other Pioneers, formulated the foundations of the SDA Doctrine. Her role was to confirm their findings. The doctrines were only finalized when EGW confirmed them by giving her “stamp of approval.” (“During this whole time I could not understand the reasoning of the brethren. My mind was locked, as it were, and I could not comprehend the meaning of the scriptures we were studying. This was one of the greatest sorrows of my life. I was in this condition of mind until all the principal points of our faith were made clear to our minds, in harmony with the Word of God. The brethren knew that when not in vision, I could not understand these matters, and they accepted as light direct from heaven the revelations given.”-Selected Messages 1:206, 207. Thus the doctrinal foundation of the Seventh-day Adventist Church was laid in the faithful study of the Word of God, and when the pioneers could not make headway, Ellen White was given light that helped to explain their difficulty and opened the way for the study to continue. The visions also placed the stamp of God's approval upon correct conclusions. Thus the prophetic gift acted as a corrector of error and a confirmer of truth. (See Gospel Workers, 302.) link) She was a principle founding member as well as the movements prophetess who served as the movements “stamp of approval” from God when it came to the correct interpretation of scripture. This is precisely how she functions to this day. The SDA Church not only believes her writings are divinely inspired and correct inaccurate interpretations of scripture, but that she is an infallible interpreter of scripture, given to the end times remnant church to make sense of what the Bible is actually teaching. Also, EGW didn’t consider her self a prophet. That was too low for her. “During the discourse, I said that I did not claim to be a prophetess. Some were surprised at this statement, and as much is being said in regard to it, I will make an explanation. Others have called me a prophetess, but I have never assumed that title. I have not felt that it was my duty thus to designate myself. Those who boldly assume that they are prophets in this our day are often a reproach to the cause of Christ. My work includes much more than this name signifies. I regard myself as a messenger, entrusted by the Lord with messages for His people.” Yes, she doesn't consider herself a prophetess. No. That title is too limiting for her. She’s more than what that name signifies. “When this work was first given me, I begged the Lord to lay the burden on someone else. The work was so large and broad and deep that I feared I could not do it. I have been weak and feeble physically much of my life, but by His Holy Spirit the Lord has given me ability to perform the work entrusted to me. God has made plain to me the various ways in which He would use me to carry forward a special work. Visions have been given me with the promise, “If you deliver the message faithfully, and endure unto the end, you shall eat of the fruit of the tree of life, and drink of the water of the river of life.”-Selected Messages, Book 3, pg. 74 (3SM 74.2) In context, EGW was not downplaying herself. She said that the title of “prophet” did not fully encompass what she believed to be doing so she rejected it. What she was doing supposedly encompassed far more than what that title signified. She was saying the opposite of what Adventists are claiming when they say she never claimed to be a prophet. Furthermore, Fundamental Belief #18 of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church clearly states that she was a prophet and that her writings speak with “prophetic authority.” They claim her prophetic gifting is supposedly the identifying mark of the Remnant Church. If she never claimed to be a prophet, then why do the Fundamental Beliefs canonize her as such? Adventist’s that deny this are also denying that the SDA Church is the remnant church of end times prophecy.

Asuni, respectfully, you are incorrect. You will answer to God for what you teach. I can help you to learn how to teach what is 100% accurate concerning the sda church, but you are not there yet. Yes the sda church is in apostasy; yes, they are run by the papacy and jesuits, but Ellen White was the messenger of the LORD. Do you even know what post-humous books are - the dozens and dozens and dozens of books that have Ellens name on them that papists wrote? I do not think so.

Do you agree with her (EGW) following claims: 1) Scripture and Spirit of Prophecy Have Same Author-The Holy Ghost is the author of the Scriptures and of the Spirit of Prophecy. These are not to be twisted and turned to mean what man may want them to mean, to carry out man's ideas and sentiments, to carry forward man's schemes at all hazards.-Letter 92, 1900. 2) I took the precious Bible and surrounded it with the several Testimonies for the Church, given for the people of God. Here, said I, the cases of nearly all are met. The sins they are to shun are pointed out. The counsel that they desire can be found here, given for other cases situated similarly to themselves. God has been pleased to give you line upon line and precept upon precept. -Counsels for the church p92.4 3) Not One Heretical Sentence-I am now looking over my diaries [See Footnote, p. 32.] and copies of letters written for several years back.... I have the most precious matter to reproduce and place before the people in testimony form. While I am able to do this work, the people must have things to revive past history, that they may see that there is one straight chain of truth, without one heretical sentence, in that which I have written. This, I am instructed, is to be a living letter to all in regard to my faith.-Letter 329a, 1905. Do you agree with these statements by EGW seeing that you claim she is God's Messenger?

Which Day is The Lord's Day? The term "The Lord's Day" is used one time in the Bible: Rev 1:10 (NIV) On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet Sabbatarians twist the Bible by saying that "the Lord's Day" is the Sabbath because Jesus said, he was Lord of the Sabbath. Matt 12:8 (NIV) For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath. Never is the Sabbath called "the Lord's Day" in the Scriptures. The Sabbath is always called (in the Greek) Sabbaton or in the Hebrew Shabbath. Strong's: G4521 σάββατον sabbaton sab'-bat-on Of Hebrew origin [H7676]; the Sabbath (that is, Shabbath), or day of weekly repose from secular avocations (also the observance or institution itself). The quotations below show that the early Church Fathers met for worship on Sunday in the first century, long before the Roman Catholic Church was formed. These early church fathers were closest to the Apostles. The Apostles wanted to honor their Savior by having a day that Christ rose from the dead, set aside for worship. They were thrilled that Christ rose from the grave and that their salvation was assured. 1. The Didache [A.D. 70] "But every Lord's day . . . gather yourselves together and break bread, and give thanksgiving after having confessed your transgressions, that your sacrifice may be pure. But let no one that is at variance with his fellow come together with you, until they be reconciled, that your sacrifice may not be profaned" (Didache 14 [A.D. 70]). 2. The Letter of Barnabas [A.D. 74] "We keep the eighth day [Sunday] with joyfulness, the day also on which Jesus rose again from the dead" (Letter of Barnabas 15:6-8 [A.D. 74]). 3. Ignatius of Antioch" [A.D. 110] [T]hose who were brought up in the ancient order of things [i.e. Jews] have come to the possession of a new hope, no longer observing the sabbath, but living in the observance of the Lord's day, on which also our life has sprung up again by him and by his death" (Letter to the Magnesians 8 [A.D. 110]). 4. Justin Martyr [A.D. 155] "[W]e too would observe the fleshly circumcision, and the sabbaths, and in short all the feasts, if we did not know for what reason they were enjoined [on] you--namely, on account of your transgressions and the hardness of your heart. . . . [H]ow is it, Trypho, that we would not observe those rites which do not harm us--I speak of fleshly circumcision and sabbaths and feasts? . . . God enjoined you to keep the sabbath, and impose on you other precepts for a sign, as I have already said, on account of your unrighteousness and that of your fathers" (Dialogue with Trypho the Jew 18, 21 [A.D. 155]). 5. Tertullian [A.D. 203] "[L]et him who contends that the sabbath is still to be observed as a balm of salvation, and circumcision on the eighth day . . . teach us that, for the time past, righteous men kept the sabbath or practiced circumcision, and were thus rendered 'friends of God.' For if circumcision purges a man, since God made Adam uncircumcised, why did he not circumcise him, even after his sinning, if circumcision purges? . . . Therefore, since God originated Adam uncircumcised and unobservant of the sabbath, consequently his offspring also, Abel, offering him sacrifices, uncircumcised and unobservant of the sabbath, was by him [God] commended [Gen. 4:1-7, Heb. 9:4]. . . . Noah also, uncircumcised--yes, and unobservant of the sabbath--God freed from the deluge. For Enoch too, most righteous man, uncircumcised and unobservant of the sabbath, he translated from this world, who did not first taste death in order that, being a candidate for eternal life, he might show us that we also may, without the burden of the law of Moses, please God" (An Answer to the Jews 2 [A.D. 203]).

Jesus never claimed to be God??? 1. Jesus is Savior Matthew 13:15 (RSV) For this people’s heart has grown dull, and their ears are heavy of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should perceive with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and turn for me to heal them (cf. Matthew 13:13-14 and Isaiah 6:9-10). Jesus is citing an Old Testament passage about God and applying it to himself. But only God can be the savior of mankind: Isaiah 43:11 I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior (cf. 43:3; 45:15, 21; 49:26; 60:16, 63:8; Hosea 13:4; Jude 1:25). 2. Jesus is Judge of Mankind Matthew 16:27 For the Son of man… will repay every man for what he has done (cf. Revelation 22:12; Psalm 62:12; Isaiah 40:10; Ezekiel 34:17; Matthew 25:32). The Old Testament plainly taught that God was the judge of men (see, e.g., 1 Samuel 2:10; Psalm 50:6; Isaiah 2:4, among many others). 3. Jesus is the Divine “I” Jesus teaches in his own authority (“I say to you”) in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:18-34, etc.), and many other passages. The prophets, in contrast, spoke as God’s messengers in the second person (“The Lord says…”). He often talks in a way in which only God could speak, and distinguishes himself from the prophets (Matthew 13:17). Perhaps the most striking example of this occurs in Matthew 23: Matthew 23:34, 37 Therefore I send you prophets and wise men and scribes… O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not! (cf. Judith 6:8; 2 Kings 17:13; 2 Chronicles 24:19; Jeremiah 7:25; 25:4; 26:5; 29:19; 35:15; 44:4; Haggai 1:12; Zechariah 7:12) Luke 13:34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not! (cf. Matthew 23:37; Deuteronomy 32:11-12; Ruth 2:12; Psalm 36:7; 57:1; 63:7; 91:4) 4. Jesus Accepts the Worship of Men (Reserved for God Only) Matthew 28:9 And behold, Jesus met them and said, “Hail!” And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him. (cf. 28:17; 8:2; 9:18; 14:33; 15:25; 20:20) Mark 5:6 And when he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped him; (cf. 5:22; 7:25) God alone is to be worshiped - as Jesus himself noted (Matthew 4:10; Luke 4:8; Exodus 20:3; 34:14; Deuteronomy 8:19; Jeremiah 16:11; many others). 5. Jesus is Omniscient (All -Knowing) Omniscience is implied (though not proven) in many passages that describe Jesus’ extraordinary knowledge; these are consistent with omniscience (Matthew 9:4; 12:25; Mk 2:8; 14:13-15; Luke 5:22; 6:8; 9:47; 22:10-13). The Old Testament taught that God alone is omniscient (1 Chronicles 28:9; 1 Kings 8:39; 2 Chronicles 6:30; Psalm 44:21; Isaiah 66:18; Ezekiel 11:5; Matthew 6:8; Luke 16:15; many others) 6. Jesus is Omnipresent (Present Everywhere) Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 28:20 “…I am with you always, to the close of the age.” God alone is omnipresent (1 Kings 8:27; 2 Chronicles 2:6; Psalm 139:7-8; Jeremiah 23:24). 7. Jesus Forgives Sins in His Own Name Mark 2:5, 10 And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “My son, your sins are forgiven.”… [10] …the Son of man has authority on earth to forgive sins… (cf. Matthew 9:2-6; Luke 5:20-24; 7:47-48). God alone can do that (Exodus 34:7; 2 Samuel 12:13; 1 Kings 8:34; Daniel 9:9; Micah 7:18; many others). 8. Jesus taught that the Messiah (“Christ”) - which he claimed to be - is Lord (Kurios) and God Matthew 22:43-45 He said to them, “How is it then that David, inspired by the Spirit, calls him Lord, saying, [44] ‘The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, till I put thy enemies under thy feet’? [45] If David thus calls him Lord, how is he his son?” (cf. Mark 12:36-37; Luke 20:42-44) Every time the New Testament refers to Jesus as Christ, it is declaring that He is the Messiah, since Christ is the Greek for the Hebrew Messiah: Matthew 16:16-17, 20 Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” [17] And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jona! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.”… [20] Then he strictly charged the disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ. (cf. Mark 8:27-30; 9:41; Luke 4:41; 9:18-21) Mark 14:61-62 But he was silent and made no answer. Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?” [62] And Jesus said, “I am; and you will see the Son of man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.” (cf. Matthew 26:63-65; Luke 22:67-71; 24:25-27) 9. Jesus Will Come Again Matthew 24:30 then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory; (Matthew 16:27; 26:64; Mark 14:62) The Old Testament presents God coming in judgment in an identical way (Isaiah 40:5, 10; 59:20; 66:156-16; Psalm 96:13; 98:9; Joel 2:11; Zechariah 2:10; 9:14; 12:10; 14:3-5) - www.ncregister.com/blog/9-ways-jesus-tells-us-he-is-god-in-the-four-gospels

My friend Jesus is Fully God and fully man. Jesus has always been Divine, and divinity put on humanity for the sake of dying for our sins so we can be free from death and gave us the gift of salvation. How then do you interpret John 1:1-3 and John 1:14??? “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” (Jhn 1:1-3, KJV) - Jesus (Word) has always existed and was “With” God (God the Father). Notice the word “With” which means something is being accompanied by another person…in vs 1 showing they’re two Divine individuals..God the son, and God the Father. And to further strengthen the argument the ending of the verse says “The Word was God” signifying that Jesus is equal with the Father. Jesus is creator of all things. Vs 14 tells us this that this “Word” became flesh “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (Jhn 1:14, KJV) Denying Jesus as the God is a dangerous doctrine because it goes against Bible teaching.

I’m not sure if this comment was aiming at SDAs on the claim that reject the deity of Christ, Adventists do not reject the deity of Christ. Look at Fundamental belief #4 “4. God the Son (Jesus Christ) God the eternal Son became incarnate in Jesus Christ. Through Him all things were created, the character of God is revealed, the salvation of humanity is accomplished, and the world is judged. Forever truly God, He became also truly human, Jesus the Christ. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived and experienced temptation as a human being, but perfectly exemplified the righteousness and love of God. By His miracles He manifested God’s power and was attested as God’s promised Messiah. He suffered and died voluntarily on the cross for our sins and in our place, was raised from the dead, and ascended to heaven to minister in the heavenly sanctuary on our behalf. He will come again in glory for the final deliverance of His people and the restoration of all things.” (Isa. 53:4-6; Dan. 9:25-27; Luke 1:35; John 1:1-3, 14; 5:22; 10:30; 14:1-3, 9, 13; Rom. 6:23; 1 Cor. 15:3, 4; 2 Cor. 3:18; 5:17-19; Phil. 2:5-11; Col. 1:15-19; Heb. 2:9-18; 8:1, 2.)” Jesus Christ is not a created being..He has always been eternal and is fully God.

@asunibobb
@asunibobb 6 дней назад

By making Satan the scapegoat, the Adventist Church is crediting some of Jesus’s accomplished redemptive work to Satan. They are making Satan a co-redeemer with Christ because the scapegoat was necessary for sins to be taken away from the people which is a necessary part of redemption. Paying the penalty of death alone was not sufficient. The sins had to also be removed from the people. If this is ascribed to Satan, it makes Satan the final sin bearer and expiator of our sins which is utter blasphemy.

Symbolically, the scapegoat took on the sins of the Israelites and removed them (v. 10). For Christians, this is a foreshadowing of Christ. Christ is the complete atonement for our sins. In many ways, He embodies each aspect of the Day of Atonement. We are told that He is our great High Priest (Hebrews 4:14). He is also the “Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world” (Revelation 13:8) as a sacrifice for our sins. And He is our scapegoat. Second Corinthians 5:21 says, “God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.” Our sins were laid on Christ - He bore our sins just as the scapegoat bore the sins of the Israelites. Isaiah 53:6 prophesies Christ’s acceptance of the sin burden: “We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” After the sins were laid on the scapegoat, it was considered unclean and driven into the wilderness. In essence, the goat was cast out. The same happened to Jesus. He was crucified outside of the city. “He was despised and rejected by men … He poured out His life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors” (Isaiah 53:3a, 12). Jesus embodied what the scapegoat represented - the removal of sins from the perpetrators. Truly, the Old Testament rituals carry a depth and richness that only God could create. The Day of Atonement foreshadowed the ultimate atonement Christ provides. No longer do we need to sacrifice animals to cover our sins, nor do we need to impute our sins to a scapegoat to have them carried away. Jesus has been sacrificed and “scapegoated” for us. Our sins have been atoned for and removed. “The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming - not the realities themselves,” we are told in Hebrews 10:1. “For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship. … Those sacrifices are an annual reminder of sins, because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. … We have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all” (Hebrews 10:3-4, 10). -GotQuestions.org

I hope you fix your mistake on the day of atonement goats, as you accused others of blasphemy, when CLEARLY you are the one bearing false witness.

You can lie, misrepresent, name call, and slander, but that will never change the reality: Jesus Christ is the eternal God part of the Trinity, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savoir, I am saved and justified by faith in Christ atoning blood, I am sanctified by the Spirit, the Bible and the Bible only is my rule of faith by which every doctrine and individual is tested including Ellen White, God's moral law has never changed, the seventh day Sabbath is validated by the full authority of the scriptures, there is a Judgement before the second coming in which God will judge every work "with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil", humans are not immortal and the righteous will receive immortality at the second coming, the righteous dead are sleeping in their graves awaiting the resurrection at Christ second coming, and daily I must "grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ". This is what makes me a Seventh Day Adventist.

If u truly believed "the Bible and the Bible only is my rule of fact"" you'd realize and acknowledge EGW's no messenger of Yahuah. What makes you a SDA is EGW and your beliefs in EGW.

This is very ridiculous. All you need to do is put all christian denominations in round table to argue their faith, and you will see how the entire faith crumbles.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. But I’d argue that what every faith is based on the proper interpretation of scripture will stand everytime. There are disagreements within the Christian denominations, however most of the discrepancies are based on non-salvation issues. I’m specifically dealing with SDA because they are one of the few that uphold doctrine that are salvation issues that most Christian denominations would reject.
