Hi thanks for this but I have purchased a 0.25mm nozzle and it only shows a 0.2 and 0.3 mm nozzle selection. Do you have that video you mentioned as I cannot find anything in your video listing.. and others have also said the same in the comments... How do I add a new nozzle size to the Cura settings please...
I purchased my ET4 2nd hand and the runout sensor has been removed. I've bought a sensor but can't work out where abouts it plugs in to. I'm a complete 3d printer novice
so, I have a shape that i imported to light burn it i s a shape to cut i understand how to mask the image i choose inside of it but is there away to keep the image that's to be engraved from moving once in place i tried flattening, but it won't let me its greyed out if that makes sense
What's happened with it so far? I ordered the 15.6 inch version of that machine, but I think it's the same other than the size. I'm really worried as I've been reading things about malware on these machines. I saw this after I had ordered it. What do you honestly think of it. Is it good enough for editing and creating RU-vid content, doing livestream etc?
Yeah no malware issues I've noticed. One of the first things I do with a new machine is check the running processes and document them so I know when something I didn't add shows up. All good there so far. I am currently using this laptop more than my PC, though I'm mostly doing web dev stuff. It should be more than enough power for RU-vid videos and edits.
@@Technivorous Thankyou for the reply and advice. I'm not really very good with computers. It came a week ago and I have yet to switch it on! So I'm not sure how to check for those issues. Do you have to buy anti virus as some people say yes others say no. Sorry for all the silly questions but I keep getting multiple different answers for things when I'm looking online. Or is it as simple as just switching it on and following instructions on screen, putting my Google account on it and it should work?
@@Awake-Free-CT I have the same AX-16 Intel CPU N95 laptop, there is no virus, but if you are worried, format everything and reinstall Win 11, the drivers are on the Acemagic website, nothing could be easier. The laptop works fine, mine has been working great for months. HI
You dont just set 180mm/s print speed and call it a day. It doesnt work like that man. Your comparison here shows precisely why we dont 'simply' double the print speed. You have to first make sure you can even cool it fast enough (yours cant, hence your warped walls and several other issues). You also need to be doing Z strut / frame bracing (at a minimum) if you arent using input shaping. DD strongly advised for this stuff. But most importantly... Aside from cooling, is tuning. A well tuned Ender 3 / Pro / V2 can hit speeds as high as 300mm/s print at 3,500 acceleration with an experienced operator, and zero noticeable change in print quality till going above that (again i cant stess this enough, cooling.... u need a ton of it). Which by today's standards, is a snail's pace, but its a far cry from stock speed.
How are you getting your tips to pop up with big descriptive images showing what each setting does? mine just shows some stupid text that is completely confusing to the average man.. I mean what the hell???
On my models above the tree support, mine makes a grid pattern between the tree support and the model. I can’t figure out how to remove that grid pattern in the settings. Can you help me with that?
Hello, i have a problem, maybe you can help me. My items are printing in the top left corner. I have checked to see and there is no check mark in that box/Machine center 0,0 . But it is still printing in that corner??? How do i fix this??
Anybody know what material I should use for a homemade socket? Like a 3/8 drive automotive socket that would hold a little torque before the drive side rounding/crushing in?
Will your profiles work on an ANET A6 printer ? I have a 3mm glass bed mirror that works really well to stick PLA on it. PETG i have had to use 70C and a 245C initial layer with fan off to get it to stick nicely. The rest of the way up I just go back to normal temps. But my PETG does not seem to like the normal recommendations and runs better at 220C with fan at 40~70% speed. I am not sure what is best yet.
i dont want support at all and it always creates support. cura just crap ton of bug. it never able to put 3d model as support. how latest version worse than 2 years ago
