15:22 Sounds like she lied about her son losing the AirPod. Even if that was true, that should’ve been even more of a reason why she should feel bad and pay up. Unbelievable!
Thats crazy. My isa is 36k but it is if you get a job making 50k or more and if you make 50 to 75k you owe 1000 per month for 36 months. If you make 76 to 100k its like 1200 for like 22 months. And if you make over 100k its like 1600 for 18 months. Its 36k eegardless not more if you make more.
This just happened to me. I go to work, stay to myself and do my job. The boss called me in the office and wrote me up because the staff claims I disappear on the job and don’t help them. Moral of the story, people will talk about you either way. Can’t win for losing at these jobs.
I'm so sorry that hairbrush to you. You are NOT stupid! You are a kind, honest person who wouldn't do too antibes what she did to you. Lesson learned. I'm 64 yo and needed 😂 I just don't trust people. I have a very small circle of friends and would NOT want to be friends to any of my coworkers.
That's stupid to me you don't go to jail for speeding or 25 over the speed limit cop should give u a fine and citation only way should get arrested if driving under the influence, drugs in a car or got into accident or harm someone or kill someone or license is suspended or no insurance
You were not stupid. Your coworker took advantage of a kind gesture from you. That's on her, this time. As long as you have learned, you've grown. then you're good.
You are so right cuz a lot of people go into the boot camps and they are thinking very high level like wanting to work for Google, RU-vid, Facebook which is fine and it's very possible you can go work for those places but the odds are kind of against you. If you're coming out of a boot camp right away with less experience and no degree, a lot of those big tech companies want you to have a degree that's still important to them again. Not to say a boot camper can't make it there but most of them won't get higher statistically. But if you check out you know a grocery store like Giant Eagle. I'm glad you mentioned Publix because I have Giant Eagle where I'm at and it's a full-on corporate grocery store. As we all know and they have tech roles available they have a ton of get goes. Same thing with Walmart. You know we all know at least one person that work for Walmart or Target. See if they have rolls. It doesn't have to be a tech company per se to get a tech job and it be meaningful. The companies I just mentioned are full on corporate 500s medical benefits. They pay good salaries for the admin roles at least so it's just something else to consider and I thought that was a good point that you made. I hope everything's going well for you❤
I have been working at a new job for a year and thought the people were great. Well guess what. I'm now seeing they aren't as great as I once thought. The gossip is ridiculous. Constant griping, bitching and backstabbing. But I think it's like this EVERYWHERE. It's human nature. It sucks.
🙏🙏🙏✝️🌎 Thank God I understand that I have to be responsible for myself and support my family and keep a roof over my head. Thank God I am healthy greatful to have a roof over my head. Be professional
Well, you shouldn't feel too bad, I was so naive enough to lend 400 euros to a "friend" which he promised he would give back of course....I never saw that money again. Be smart people, don't borrow stuff to random people...
Welcome back Denise! Agree with pretty much everything said here. I’d add if you are getting into tech expect redundancy. I managed 9 months and then 1 year 2 months before ‘business’ cuts. So that job search can be a regular thing. Save your money so it’s not as stressful and check what notice period your contract has. If they are paying you an extra month - 3 months then it gives you time through slow interview processes
I get what you’re saying, and I am sure we’ve all been there before, but in scripture, it says if you see that somebody’s not paying credit to somebody else, don’t vouch for them
I asked a fellow employee if he could hold $20 for me untill next week. Knowing he needed it ....I had to ask for it back and he made me feel like he did me the favor. And he said anytime 😮
You remind me of my friend and how she talks. I think you’re just naturally a nice person who assumes good from other people. I don’t think that’s a bad thing because it’s worse to always be suspicious of everyone and everything…BUT you do have to watch your back. Take care of yourself first. We’ve all been there and I’m glad you learned your lesson. Shame on that other girl!
Every job I’ve ever been on I make sure that I don’t get close to my coworkers or managers. Growing up my parents, grandparents, and family always told me, that when I get a job is to work only. Don’t make friends and don’t tell anyone my personal business. As a 29 yr old I still live by this. People at your job will use the information you gave them against you. They only want to know your business because they don’t have any of their own to attend (in reality their lives are shitty) and/or they based your information on how they’re going to treat you. Never go to work to make friends. People at my job say all kinds of crazy things about me because I choose not to smile and Keke haha in their faces. I careless about you guys, I’m just here to make my money.
Yep. I ket a coworker "borrow" special cake knives for her wedding. She was gone from work within a month and Ill never see them again. Shot her a message, no response.
I had a friend in college who was always talking shit about me. he had no jobs and was living off of a family that supported him. It got to a point where I had to ti totally cut him off. later on, he sent me a text that I need to leave this country cause I was calling hos bullshit.
