Mine sounds like the bugs cicadas..all the time ...i believe its because i have always worked atound machines ....in a laundry room with huge machines and restaurants where there are many different machines....oiy im 64 this Halloween its not too annoying yet

Dear LuChin - In a light bicylcel accident I had to ram my left leg into the ground to prevent a fall on the street. I guess my upper and lower leg had a hard hit, or maybe even stretched in wrong directions. I have a swolen knee front and backside for a week now and my foot ancle is als swolen on the inside (looks like water?) Your exercise helped me with the pain. I have to practice it several times a day. Do you have a thought on how to get rid of the extra liquid in the foot ancle? Adam - from Germany.

The severe ringing that started after the object that remained in my ear for 4 years was removed, decreased significantly on the 18th day.-It fixed itself, I didn't do anything
Thank you LuChin for some a beuaitful easy to follow along glass. I previously enjoyed QiGong in my early 20's. Now as a 40 something yr old I have rediscovered this wonderful low impact exercise. I have definitely needed this back in my life. I am looking forward to trying out more of your videos. I see you are on insight timer too which is great.
