A little bit of everything. Some family fun to share with family around the world. Some DIY activities. Some camping gear. I am going to try and share some gear that I have used cycling, camping, DIYing, and maybe some toys. And some things that I just think look cool on video.
Her face down the drop is so relatable! I do that every time i go because I do that ride for the first ride of the day. My belly drops badly but i’m fine after that
She still loves rollercoasters but not the Intimidator (or Thunder Striker) cause one time the lap bar was too tight and hurt her leg. I think her favorite is Afterburn. Thank you for your comment.
Just done this today in my front yard found pipe and repaired it does anyone know how I can repair my lawn though looks abit of a mess now wondering if I should get soil then put grass seed down will it come right ?
Any time I dig in the yard, I put the top pieces of dirt, with the grass, off to the side. When I fill the hole in, I put the pieces of dirt, with the grass, back on top.
You could sow a little thread or string to the cloth covered magnet so if it lost the the magnet outside it would be easy to pull out. Hope that makes sense.
Here in 2024, my family was selected. Each family member gets a paltry $15 a month IF they wear it every day. It must detect movement because I laid it on the counter while washing dishes, and after a while, it started blinking red. It's much smaller today. You can wear it as a watch (think small Samsung smart watch), as a clip, or a "necklace" (like something a badge would hang from). We've only had it a few days, but the kids are doing surprisingly well. They're remembering it on their own. We rarely watch tv or listen to the radio, so I doubt they'll keep us as members very long. The one thing Neilson was adamant about was that we not tell anyone. They even tell you what to say to respond to sometimes inquiries. 😂
It is a paltry amount. I remember mine had an activity score on it and I would use it like a fitness tracker and seeing how high my number was each day. I had heard that it was smaller now. You feel like you are part of a secret society. My wife spotted someone wearing one and we jokingly told them that they were part of our club. Thanks for the update and good luck making money for Neilson.
As an American with an Australian citizenship, I say thank you. I love my two Subarus but they can be a bit of a pain to work on. I would love to be there enjoying the cold weather. North Carolina got up to a humid 37 last week.
Thank you for your comment. I used a headlight restoring kit, I think rainx brand, to clean the outside. There are tons of videos of many different brands for cleaning the outside of the headlights. I made this video, cause all the videos I saw for cleaning the inside of the headlight involved taking the headlight apart.
I am not familiar with the 66, but from what I have found online, it is like a cross between and 760 and a 2100, but keeps the top load. I have a 2100 and the side load is tough, with big fingers. Thanks for the question. I might have to get a 66 to do a side-by-side.
The Crosman website has a timeline that gives years and descriptions of the different variants of a bunch of Crosman guns. discover.crosman.com/blog/crosman-product-dates-of-manufacture I hope this helps.
I have a BioLite Campstove 2 which I purchased upon the release date ( years ago). I have used it Backpacking throughout North America and Europe. My question is what is the difference between the BioLite Campstove 2 versa, BioLite Campstove 2+ ?
I check in with the BioLite website every once and a while. I have a few of their products including the solar home 620 in my treehouse. I didn't even notice that they came out with a CampStove 2+ until I read your comment. The main things I have found is that the plus version has a 3200 mah battery vs a 2600 mah battery and the light that is bundled with it looks rectangular instead of the round version. BioLite is always coming out with new products as well as improvements on existing products. I don't think it is as significant as the difference as the original compared to the 2. I hoped that answered your question.
Great video. I made the mistake and bought a gallon of Mold Armor for $14 and while it works great, I discovered it’s just bleach really. I have a white speckled colored shirt to prove it haha. Next time I’ll use ur method for $.50 worth of bleach and free water
6/12/24 Perfect, Thank you very much Charles , thorough details, 270 + - & I feel much more comfortable now .I keep my targets close to the ground, so my barrel is never aimed to high so BBs won't leave the yard. I moded mine with fib optic muzzle front sight " improved accuracy"( ? ) w/red green dot pistol scope& camo stock neoprene cheek rest ,green sling &drilled holes for green carbine sling swivel mounts, all just in the last month. I can hit a coffee can at 40 yards 1/2 the time .I aim about an inch & 3/4 above. With AA bat blue LED tiny lamps& fluorescent green stick on targets I can back yard night time plink . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . ... ........ . . . . . . ....... . . .. . .. . . < BB's!!
Thank you Charles for this great video and the presentation of this air rifle, you have helped me a lot. It's hard to get in Germany, but there's actually one on offer at the moment, so I'll have to go for it. Best regards from Lake Constance / Germany
Thank you for your comment. Good luck with getting your 761XL. It is funny, I had just looked at Lake Constance, by chance, when I was looking up Liechtenstein. What a small world.
Good to see more solo canoeist out! What height is this at? We just did High Pine church to Morrow mnt Saturday at 2.5ft and 85cfs and it seemed low. I believe around 3.25+ would be optimal.
That's an important lesson. The dangers of fallen trees over water are often underestimated. However, stepping out of your boat is not always an option. If your foot gets caught between rocks or roots and you fall over, you can drown even in shallow water. So, only do it if there are people to help you, like in this video, or if you can see that the ground is safe.
With a tree over the water like this, I think staying in the boat is what gets most people trapped. The man that got caught here a couple of weeks before, was in a kayak and had trouble getting out of his kayak, once it was pulled under the tree. I do agree that it is dangerous to step into unknown water. I have stepped out of my canoe into water that was one foot deep, at one spot, and four feet deep right beside it. The Uwharrie river is like a lot of rivers with a rocky bottom, you never know what the bottom is like. The good news is everyone is okay and the tree has been removed. But everyday trees fall into rivers so always be expecting one around the corner. Thank you for your comment.
@@CHARLESCRANFORD That's true, of course. Getting trapped under a tree can get you drowned as well. Where I paddle most of the time, new trees are in the water after each storm. Usually, they are not removed as most of the area is a nature reserve.
I just bought an Old Town discovery 169 down here in SC. We had a Penobscot of similar size growing up my dad bought new directly from OTC and we paddled it all over the state of Maine. I am definetly considering doing this the kenco seat isnt a whole lot more expensive than some of the drop in seats and it looks much nicer. When I was a kid we had like a little hammock seat for me to sit in the middle.
Hey man i found one of these in my garage and was able to fix it and get it working however i am having issues shooting pellets is it really made to shoot them?
A pressure reducing valve (PRV) is a variable friction loss device. To have friction loss the fluid needs flow. Unless the valve seats perfectly the downstream pressure is going to equalize to the upstream pressure. Once the downstream pressure is relieved (opening a valve) the PRV will open allowing the upstream pressure to compensate for the loss of downstream pressure to the spring set setpoint. The point is: to check the PRV setpoint a small flow is needed in the downstream. In most cases there is likely a dripping faucet or some other flow that will overcome the seat leakage but to be safe, crack a faucet open downstream to be sure the system is not hydraulically locked. Good video . Helped me prepare to do mine.
I agree. I have seen someone do this trick with a wedding ring and a gold rope necklace. I wanted to use something that showed up well on the camera and would help viewers understand what was going on. Thank you for your comment.
Thank you Charles for sharing this video about the pocket froe you made. May I know if you take an order? Please let me know. Thanks for your response, blessings.
I am sorry, but I do not make these for people. I made the video so someone could make one for themselves. Perhaps, if you know someone that knows how to weld, you could get them to make one for you.
Almost 70 years ago when I was 14, with the old version, dressed only in my floppy underwear in the middle of the night, I heard a large dog harrassing my pigeons. Rushing to their aid, I tried to quickly cock the lever between my thighs - it slipped. It took almost 60 years for the last scar on my, well... to heal. But thanks for the memory. Now my wife knows what I was talking about all these years.
I got a brnad new old stock one that was made in 1987 when i was 5 back in 97 for Christmas and it was my forst ever gun and tons of soda and beer cans and bottles got destroyed. Then i got a crosan pumpmaster 760 when i was 8 and my first rim fore rigle 22 lr at 10. And my red ruder still shopts accurate and jaut as good as the first time i shot it. And yes the mote bbs you shoot through any bb gun using brass bbs will make it more accurate but a pellet rifle shooting lead and aluminum pellets will foul up the rigling and barrel with specs of lead and become less accurate
With this knowledge, I shall proceed to construct a dribble-castle metropolis, then wage war upon it until there are random buildings still standing, then bit by bit, I shall make those that stand last fall.
@@carolinianperson7359 You can see me defending the new castle at 0:26 From "Dominic the Destroyer!" He earned that title in preschool. Not long after this video was made, there were only remnants of castle with footprints left behind.
I know this is an old video, but I truly appreciate what you made. And showing how you achieved it. I have a lowrider bike that I’ve built and wanted to make something custom as well to showcase it on top of my mini truck. And this is absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing this.
Thank you for your comment. That is on of the best things about RU-vid, a video can be old and still useful. I would love to see a photo of your lowrider bike roof rack on your mini truck, once you make it.
