It’s very expensive to live in Canada as compared to to Australia I spend 10 years in Australia and it’s almost 10 months here didn’t like here in $ 2000 a month you can rent only basements with restriction not allowed more then 4 people

Where I live ( virginia) crimes are very very low due to being a commonwealth state. Laws and regulations are very strict !! FOR HEALTHCARE:- Private healthcare is expensive but not State healthcare!! LOTS of options healthcare wise to pick from !! Our healthcare is from the state and is very low !! There is a pool of options of healthcare in USA !! Not all healthcare options are expensive !! Plus wait times for procedure is very less compared to canada !! LOTS of jobs available plus public schools are one of the best in the country !! THERE ARE CRImes in usa but not everywhere !! USA HAS 50 states !! One more thing people have to consider the best options to live and be safe where they live !! PUNJABI flashy songs with California and New York & LA CRAP SHOWING the big statures and skyscrapers are all the things people get attracted to and not look at the overall picture. There big cities or states are very expensive with very big drug and cocaine , fentanyl problem . Tolls ,housing, transportation, healthcare all are sky high !!

The landlord wants to increase rent so they want someone else in to do that as ontario has rent control. In ab we dont so we can keep same tenants and just raise their rent by whatever we want each year
