Allegedly her and her boyfriend were living in a small van with only a generator before she blew up on the internet. I guess you get too acclimated to what you have and your ego gets too big

In hindsight in this video & your response to shannon's video everything she accused you of is literally not your fault? Saying the F slur at 15 when you openly identified as bi isn't bad? Making offensive jokes at 13/14 in literally 2005 is not good but it's certainly not relevant or evil? Your addiction is not her business and her having photos of you as an minor is illegal. you being a pickme at 18/19 (as a teen) isn't bad either it happens

something similar happened to a fashion magazine I used to work for and other respected magazines in the field to the point they had to put out a public warning about it. Some guy was impersonating stylists and getting free samples for fake shoots from small designers (you are supposed to return them once the shoot is done and feature them in the magazine but there would be no shoot and he’d just steal them, and a lot of the stuff is handmade or one-off!). He was deliberately targeting small designers because they would be more willing to send clothing without asking too many questions or less likely to already have a relationship with the real stylists at these fashion magazines. just horrific for the small designers, who were not financially as able to deal with the impact of losing their pieces. You have to be a real unempathetic piece of work to do something like that! I think he was identified eventually.
After 4 years i come back to this video just to hear Emily say "i like what i make, i enjoy making it so I'm going to make it" it heals my soul every time.
The truth is that living with a person harassing you for a long time is very bad, we are sorry for what happened to you, thank goodness you had the courage to expose everything they have done to you, it is incredible 😮
People on deviantart and furaffinity do this. They whine for free art and then complain that it doesn’t fit their narrative. I had to draw 5 illustrations.then I quit.

My wonderful husband and I really struggled for a while because he doesn’t like my writing- and I, an aspiring author, tried to fix the problem by never speaking about my stories. And I couldn’t. Not talking about my stories ripped me apart. Nowadays I curate the way I tell him my stories, and he’s learned to listen even to stories they don’t appeal to him. We figured it out- but man, it was hard
I'm so exhausted of everyone picking on Yoko. I'd like to apologize for causing at least a little of your anxiety. You may have seen it floating that there was an archive of some of your old videos. They were just the ones 4chan made fun of you for. I archive cringy or awful videos. I deleted my archive of your videos because someone was harassing me for a particular one a few years ago because I didn't feel it was right for them to exist when you were in a bad headspace. I told them I didn't feel like that's a part of the past that should be drug into the spotlight, nor used as a weapon, and then deleted the archive because it's not like most. You didn't because you were controversial, you left because you were abused.
As someone who was in a co dependent relationship, i relate alot with you. Now im not saying I've been through something as bad as you,but I've been asked similar questions. I was cheated on by my ex and i still stayed friends with him. I was asked the same questions from everyone "why did u stay", " why were u nice to him" honestly because i had low self esteem. I was obese and thought i didn't deserve love and i should be glad with what i got. Which happened to be a cheater and someone i can't rely on 💀. Your analogy with the houses really hit close to home, no pun intended and i wish i saw this video then to save me from the pain but i learnt alot now. It's alot better to be alone and work on ur insecurities than to be in a relationship that looked nice but it had no skeleton. The way i realised talking to this man was not it was when he started talking to me about how he wanted to end things with his gf, but had no courage to say anything so he would just be a horrible person and make her make that decision, and it dawned on me, he did the same thing to me. Again, I'm really glad i could revisit ur videos cuz ur really wise and insightful, especially when it comes to art ❤
I come back to this video so many times because it’s just mind boggling how much people will dedicate to making others suffer because they think they’re in the right. So many lessons to be learned from this- be careful of your idols, some people refuse to look at their own reflection and change because they’re afraid, and you can be that same person that turns your life around. No matter what, keep on shining, it makes others see their shadow and become frightened. There’s no excuse for Anthony and Shannon being this disgusting, and even years later I feel the same rage for how much they’ve done for you. Thank you for being so brave. I hope you’re doing better now Emily.

Damn! the Mixed Media Scketch book costs three to four times that price in my country.... I can see why many RU-vid artists use it as their everyday paper. In fact, it's my favorite along with Bristol Vellum.

I bet you get this too--you're in some type of club and they want to get T-shirts and they try to "volunteer you" to be the one to design the shirts "because you're an artist, you have plenty of time and can do it 'on the side, during your free time;'" but they don't think you should charge them b/c you're in the club, but also refuse to waive your membership fee bc "they have things that need to be paid for" in said club 🙄 I also write as a hobby. I used to work for a company (I'm a freaking BUSY doctor overloaded with patients) and the CEO emailed me asking if I would write the weekly newsletter. I just ignored the email. I'm sure that was the beginning of our mutual hatred for each other.
This is like everybody thinking you have money when you're a doctor and getting mad when you ask them (though you shouldn't have even had to) back for the money that they loan you, or getting mad b/c you don't put their kid through college while they spend their money going on cruises.
