An advise word from a damp surveyor: first resolve the issue of the surface water drainage so the water flows outwards of the elevations, second ensure there is DPC installed or inject it, third ensure the ground level is below the level of DPC, fourth, ensure the external render does not extend below the level of DPC so it does not allow for the moisture to bridge the level of DPC, fifth, ensure any render above the level of DPC has drip edges installed so the rainwater does not penetrate the render below.

Well done! My manhole concrete looked like a bug thick grave. Last year I had concrete removed and re-cast completely flush with the ground. The new vents and access points are now much closer to the perimeter fence and are covered by a long narrow garden bed. I am growing palms and plantain there. Access will not be a problem I now have no ugly tripping hazard!
These chandeliers you see at Tek Led and Palace are made in China. The ones sold in the States are also made in China. I don't see any difference between both. It's cheaper to buy them in Ghana and cheaper to install by your electrician. Can you imagine the labor charge for installation in the States? Buying in tge States and the wahala and costs of shipping to Ghana is not worth it.
