Hey, my air gun is the same model, but when ever I try to pump it it makes a hissing sound, no matter how many times I follow this tutorial, I’m wondering if my air gun is damaged or anything along those lines, (the safety was broken off when I found it so idk if that’s the reason)
If you build a shallow wood frame similar to a child's sand pit and spread a couple bags of sand in there and then place the target in the centre then you will be able to see whether the shots are landing short, long, left or right and make adjustments accordingly.
If you’re in the US and don’t have power restrictions like we do in the UK… ignoring the cost. As an air gun pellet becomes unstable at supersonic speeds I would have thought the best caliber is the largest round that can get as close to approx 1100 feet per second?
I bought mine in a year after it came out still shooting it this day I left it outside for weeks on end dry fired it a whole bunch of times before I knew better and it's still smacks just as hard as a newer Gamo 1,000 ft per second rifles
It just needs the leather piston to be oiled, soaked overnight. And maybe replace the mainspring, they get sagged out after a lot of use. These do come in .22 cal, I have one. It shoots around 480fps. So yours needs a little love and it should be doing over 500 being a .177
As far as air gun World goes if you go and win a couple of tournaments and get your name out there you will have credibility people will quit attacking you another good strategy would be to move away from Trudeau
How can you talk about not saying what is power is your riffle? it's useless comparison. If you go very much to the legal limit, 0.22 is quite appealing. Many .177 doesn't have the speed that 0.22 have.
You’re comparing apples to oranges. Most of those guns are 10 m guns with a few field target guns thrown in you should be comparing either 10 m guns to 10 m guns or field target guns guns.
I've got a Gamo in .22 and after a lot of pellet testing I found the RWS pellet was accurate, and as long as you did your job with shot placement, it proved fatal on head shot rabbits out to 30 yards.
Yea, I think it’s a bad design. This will probably stop the leak, but I got a 1911 with blowback and I think in firing in succession there is freezing in the magazine and also, perhaps the lack of power from successive shooting in the blowback causes it to do this weird thing where it doesn’t cycle completely and it just, drains the co’2 out and does a rapid fire… it’s … yea 😅 Yea, this thing bounces instead of blowing back and it … lol
I wish I could rack it without having the safety engage, because a round isn’t being chambered. It’s a toy, I’m trying to play with it and it’s too real lol. I love it.

If there are posting restrictions in Canada, no problem. Thank goodness you did not try for a university in California. Would have been a grave , terrible mistake. State Government here under our Governor Nuisance , that’s what I call him and for good reasons. Stick with the university. You are obviously a very intelligent young man. Glad you made this video, because obviously they are about as accurate as shooting blind folded! I could tell you were actually trying to hit them, but they just aren't accurate at all!
