Thrills and Forces is a channel all about theme parks, with reviews, rankings, and footage videos! It also showcases creations from the virtual world of Planet Coaster.
It has a rattle but it is so insane it doesn’t make much of a difference. Stealth in the back row also has a little rattle but because it’s so fast it’s to be expected, therefore I think it’s the same situation here. Top thrill 2 and Kingda Ka are guaranteed rattles because of their speed, it’s just hard to make a coaster that fast be glossy smooth
It seems like most fast coasters have a slight rattle from the speed as you have said. I'm sure that compared to coasters like Hyperion and Kingda Ka the slight rattle on Hyperia is nothing!
I'm going to Thorpe Park next month and I'm looking forward to going on hyperia (if they actually fix it although I'm not keeping up with it's status) and stealth
I think it has something to do with Mack's train design as the seats are supported in a Y shape and so any slight vibrations are amplified. Most, if not all Mack's have this "problem" although yea imo it just adds to the ride ahaha
Hyperia is probably one of the smoothest Mack coasters! There’s only a small jitter at most in some of the valleys, and as you’ve already mentioned, it adds to the character of the ride anyway!
the uk isnt used to masive roller coasters that go over 60+ MPH. its only been stealth and the big one that were over 70 until now. ive been on shambhalla, zadra and hypeiron and they all get a little bit of what I call, "speed wabbles" some are worse like hyperion. and some you cant really notice unless you looking for it like zadra. but I think it will get a tiny bit worse over the years. but the trains being lapbars will still make it fun. so it wont become an issue
I totally agree! I think its more the sheer speed that causes the coaster to have a slightly "jittery" feel in sections. I have heard that Hyperion is pretty bad for the rattle. It's a good thing Hyperia is much smoother!
@@jakesgreatadventures It's a real shame they are loosing all of these rides! I hope they get a new coaster at some point because the Hornet was one of their main attractions.
@ThrillsandForces That drop into the loop is brilliant, such an underrated coaster. You just need a strong neck as it is abit of a headbanger at some parts but guarantee you will come off it smiling, albeit with a sore head 🤣
@@jasonmayne2220 I don’t find Colossus particularly rough so I’m eager to give it a go! I did find Tornado at Gardaland (another SLC) to be really rough, though I’ve heard better things about Odyssey.
@ThrillsandForces I haven't rode Tornado so cannot compare unfortunately but I honestly don't mind Odyssey too much but it's definitely the biggest complaint people have with it. Get yourself along there, 100% worth it. The climb just doesn't seem to end 🤣
Rage only just missed the list as it isn’t as tall as Saw and Speed: No Limits! I’ve just looked at a video of The Odyssey’s first drop and it does look awesome. It’s a shame I haven’t been to Fantasy Island as it does look to have some great attractions.
My bad! I recently had a really fast evening ride on Wicker Man and the first hill midway down the drop felt like it had ejector airtime, though it must have just been strong floater.
@@ThrillsandForcessometimes its felt like ejector airtime but in an interview They said that the trains online can have 0 g . Sorry for my Bad englisch .I am from germanny
Personally 1. Hyperia (shocker) 2. Stealth 3. Oblivion Stealth's drop towards the back stalls you at the top for you to be yanked down and to the side. Extremely underrated drop
Stealth is just overall great, with how fast it goes, my cousin makes me yell ‘BREATHE’ before it launches while he closes his eyes and mentally prepares. Hilarious.
@@gamingandcraftswithlogan8714 Stealth is probably my second favourite coaster at the park. The launch, height, airtime and overall vibe of the area is just unbeatable!
The swarm should be higher than saw without a doubt, the slow inversion at the top is almost like oblivions hold and it feels much steeper than saw's drop even though it isnt
Coming to think of the Swarm’s drop is probably better than Saw’s. It is awesome in the back row! That would result in the Swarm being number 7 and Saw being number 9.
Thanks for including me in your video, Hyperia is 100% the best and like I said, I haven’t been on all major UK coasters. I haven’t been on Revolution or Infusion at Blackpool Stealth, Saw and Colossus at Thorpe Park (until later this month hopefully) The Smiler, Oblivion, Rita and the almighty Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure And I haven’t been to Drayton Manor, Fantasy Island, Flamingo Land and Oakwood yet. (Drayton Manor and Flamingo Land should be later this year though!)
No problem at all! Thanks so much for your comment. I need to get to the Pleasure Beach, Fantasy Island, Drayton Manor and Oakwood so we’re in a similar situation! Once Drayton’s lift hill and launch coaster opens I will be especially eager to go to Drayton.
The only woodie I’ve been to is wicker basket man, and the only park I have plans of visiting with a woodie, that being pleasure beach resort, as much as I do want to ride megafobia, there isn’t anything else in the park I’ve seen, so I’m unsure of going to a park I’ve never been to just to ride 1 coaster, I might in the future but not until I know more about Oakwood.
@@ThrillsandForces one thing I’m gonna say is, don’t be deterred by the wait time for ensō. It may seem really long compared to the regular queue based on the day and time, but the queue time will probably be worth it. Never had a rough or ‘bad’ run on ensō, unlike most coasters I’ve been on.
