I see a lot of ppl in the comments talking about how hard both artists were. Kinda disappointing. Simply put, Tupac’s position on this issue is a failing argument. Some of his songs were positive in nature, most were not. The image he portrayed, & the ppl he rolled with, is what cost him his life. All in all, it’s better to be in Hammer’s position.
Pac took the gangster rap thing too seriously. but I agree it was a stage. he would have grown out of that seriousness. Even Snoop Dog had to but down the green. people change.its a shame Pac never got to do that.

I've heard their are B'S and C'S in NO. Some people say no but others say and claim it is. The only other cities that have no established gang shit but have their own shit going on is Washington D.C. and Philadelphia. Everyone else b's,c's,gd's,bd's,and vl in their cities and states. NY was about to be another city who had their own thing going and almost succeeded but they eventually succumbed to outside influence as you see now.

Others latch onto them and that automatically makes them Affiliated with B’s or C’s but that don’t mean they hold any weight.
