I've heard their are B'S and C'S in NO. Some people say no but others say and claim it is. The only other cities that have no established gang shit but have their own shit going on is Washington D.C. and Philadelphia. Everyone else b's,c's,gd's,bd's,and vl in their cities and states. NY was about to be another city who had their own thing going and almost succeeded but they eventually succumbed to outside influence as you see now.
@@BayScrilla510 New Orleans doesn’t have any reputable B’s or C’s. The problem is alot of Californian black ppl do have family down there, some of have chosen to move back down there. Others latch onto them and that automatically makes them Affiliated with B’s or C’s but that don’t mean they hold any weight. It’s no different from being in a college fraternity or a Boy Scout down there
Lil Wayne turned his city out. Oakland dealt with prison politics. That's why they left it alone. Them and San Francisco. It's not about what Too $hort is saying. It's not about that movie Colors. They had a Crip gang for a very short time in Potreo Hill in the 1980's channel 7 did a report on it. I think his point was Bs and Cs set up up shop throughout the west during his era, including the PNW, then the whole ideology spread across the country. Yet to this day there is not 1 hood in Oakland claiming Bs Or Cs. Gang culture very much alive in Oakland rn but it doesn’t pertain to those same politics. PNW has a lot in common with the Bay Area though 🤞
