Hi Neil, I don't know if you'll read this question, but if you do, I would appreciate a small tip, since I am new to Gopro. Whenever I use my headstrap, I never get to position the camera at a perfect 180 degree horizontal angle, so my footage is never completely straight, it looks as if my head was tilted the whole time. Still pictures can be straighten up very easily; is it possible to do the same with a video in editing? Thank you.
@@neilcollinsrecording before taking the photo in the light box you turned off the room's light. I was wondering why, does it influence the photo? It's it good to have the extra light
Does anyone know if there is another app similar to this GoPro app? I like the app but I’m looking for more AUTO EDIT editing, because this one is limited. #Autoedits
This device is good. But not in use. It gets hot quickly which is why I lost a camera that caught fire. That's how hot that camera was. A TIP. When the battery can no longer be removed. The following: put the camera air-free plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for a day, certainly better two days. Then the battery shrinks and the camera is saved. But buy such a camera again no that is not the case all cameras get hot quickly when used.
Don't waste your time using Quik without first updating to a premium subscription. I made this mistake and, after completing my video edit, the app notified me that I needed a premium subscription to export it. When I tried to upgrade, I encountered an error. To make matters worse, the app doesn't allow you to save your project, so all my time was wasted. Btw, I tried to android version.
Hi, do you know how to fix the Enable preview on the App while recording video? Every time I tap record on the App I lose the preview of what I’m recording. I’m using the Go Pro 8.
Maybe you can help me. I have the Atem Mini Pro ISO with 3 cameras and running 3 mics into the Rodecaster Pro 2. From the Rodecaster. I feed the audio from the Rodecaster into Mic 1 input on the Atem. I'm getting 3 files, one from each camera with the audio. I would like to get 1 file with audio and video no matter which camera view I switch to. I just don't know wht I need to turn on or off to make this happen. Any thoughts or suggestions???
Filmr has been working until I updated my iPad and now when I try to load a video into the app it says I deleted the video. It happens with all videos. How do obtain help for this?
Can someone let me know if I am missing something? Does the Quik app have any type of simple editor? Say you have 5 one minute clips and you want to stick together 10 seconds from each clip. You have to select the clips you want, select ‘make edit’ and it automatically makes a video. However, I the have to start moving around the stupid highlighted bars to select the parts I actually want. So, my only solution is to import the files to the app, export them from the app to the camera roll and edit using iMovie. Then I have to go back to the camera roll, delete the videos and then remove from my deleted videos (otherwise they’ll all be backed up to iCloud). There’s got to be an easier way!
@@neilcollinsrecording honestly though, put this stuff at the end. Nobody wants to see it when they are just looking for a quick solution. But after they found it, maybe.
Handy video thank you - I order one from K&F and after waiting three weeks for China to wake up I was delivered something very similar, but no clip - Altson R6 RGB LED - not even a K&F product... but it functions just the same. Looks the same.. I came back here to rewatch you video as the manual text is so small even my reading glasses don't help ... it is just charging up... but no clip.. grrrr lol
