I'll be moving to Bordeaux soon and while I'm sad I can't eat the original ones, I will probably buy a mold and make the plant based version myself. Sometimes it's good not to have a reference point, so you don't know if it's good enough ;)

Loved and keep loving your videos. Can you please always give the equivalent in cups and tbsp... I know we can use a converter but the results are all over the place and are different depending what website you use .. I just made this recipe and I pray that comes out as yours. I added more agar agar because 500 grams of milk according to converters is 3 cups and there's no way you have 3 cups in that pan... 🤔🤔😱😱😱😭... Also 50 grams of maple syrup according to converter is 3 tbsps made my panacota a little dark.., 😭 However, thank you!!! ... Keep doing videos please .. They are the best, no fuzz, no loud noises, only the beauty of the ingredients and natural sound of the kitchen tools... 😊 👍💖
Tried this today and turned out so so amazing. I did not have the machine so used rolling pin and that worked just fine. The best part was the filling, can’t wait to try again!
I had it with tomato sauce. Blanched two tomatoes and Kashmiri red chillies and blended then in mixer. Then herbs and salt and served it with the pasta
Wish you'd convert to cups and tablespoons instead of grams...some people don't have that way to measure out grams or post both ways so people can try it. Love the recipe though I make homemade everything from scratch that way we know whats in it and it has the right amount of love cooked/baked in.
