I thought you weren’t supposed to put acidic stuff in your cast iron pan. I guess if you own it you can do whatever you want with it but why do people say you shouldn’t?
I just made coal jerky :( I set my air fryer at 180 degree celsius, after 30 minutes it was all black and crumbled when touched. apparently 180 celsius is 356 fahrenheit.... I'll try again with the correct temperature.
Hey man I did this recipe with my own twist and brought it to a BBQ dinner with my fiancees family. It was so good her dad gave me 3 elk steaks to turn into jerky like this. Thanks man.
Great video! I was considering making Jerky in the oven and wasn't looking forward to it since the weather right now is HOT and humid...then I remembered that I already have an Air Fryer!!! My two fur babies eat only human grade food made for dogs...they are tiny, but it still is expensive to feed them. This method will save me some money as well as allow me to use whatever kinds of meat I want...a win-win! Thanks so much for sharing. 😊
The clarity of your presentation, the large writing regarding ingredients, the subtle (not overwhelming) background music, and your expressive demeanor make this is truly pro video. Respect!
Man. I followed your recipe except my grocery store didn’t have Thai chilis so I used regular ones and the habaneros and it did not disappoint. Took 2 days for the spears to taste more pickily than like a cucumber. But really good taste. You the man. I also follow your air fryer jerky recipe 💪🏼
I want to try putting everything under the broiler instead of Sautéing everything. I like the whole roasted style more (idk if that make sense lol but to me it does)
you giving off very good vibes, was a pleasure to watch, but unfortunately thats not beef jerky lol, might need like 10 more hours to get it crispy, thats just dry steak slices
