For this recipe, we are using a mix of dried peppers including Ancho chili peppers, California chili peppers and our favorite smokey, hot chili, the Ghost Pepper to make this Ghost Pepper Hummus.

SHOPPING LIST:
One 15-ounce can (425 grams) chickpeas, also called garbanzo beans
15 oz can of Garbanzo beans-Chick peas
1/2 cup Roasted sesame tahini
4 Cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Dash of ground, smoked paprika for serving
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. Spring Water (more as you go for consistency)
FOR RED PEPPER HUMMUS ADD:
1 Dried Ancho chili pepper
1 Dried California chili pepper
FOR SPICY HUMMUS ADD:
2 Dried Ghost peppers (Bhut jolokia)
