Varys may not be important as other characters but he had the best interest for the people when he told Tyrion they are real and important as you and I This should sit with everyone that people are worth it… all the kings and pretenders fought for the throne but Varys knows he never met no one selfless until he met Jon snow who protected the realm and people from the dead

Turning Jon into a knee-bending simp ruined seasons 7 and 8. Dany agreed to fight the NK once she saw the Army of the Dead and didn’t require Jon to bend the knee anymore. He did so voluntarily like a fool. If he wanted to unite the North and make everyone prioritize the only fight that mattered, he should have kept his crown.
