0:45 The once scene where you don’t hear the actual dialogue was pretty creative. Although you don’t hear the rest of the argument, you can still feel it and that’s pretty cool.
The scene is so great and it really does show just how Diana is still pining for Charles's heart but it's not hers to have it belongs to Camilla it always has and it's a queen would have just stayed out of it Charles would have married a woman he loves and Diana probably will still be alive today.
she wanted divorce him back then, the queen forced her to be on this holiday. she in fact wanted leave this holiday earlier and didnt want save the marriage ... as is hinted here...
Charles was bound by duty Top priority Got to be the reason he is king He never forgot the uncle who abdicated bcoz of his wife. He could not perform his duties as king bcoz of love Charles must have made every decision with that in mind
What nonsense, if he was bound by duty then he'd have said a permanent goodbye to Camilla when he got married. Or better still, he'd have stayed away from married women in the first place in order to prevent another David-Wallis situation.
If only Diana, consult the help of Marriage/relationship counselor or practicing meditation, spirituality and mindfulness, her anxiety about Charles would be lessened and continue her own thing for self improvement and her kids. She may learn how to let go of toxic relationships and have widen her wisdom about it.
She…..couldn’t get out? The queen and the royals were heavily opposed to the divorce Also, how calm can you expect someone to be when their husband is blatantly having an affair and telling them that they don’t love them? Seems like a normal reaction to me
He only loves himself and always did. Camilla told him what he wanted to hear about his brilliance and sophistication. He has no integrity or character with a mediocre mind who demands to be treated as special. That was the reason he developed a dislike for Diana because she had everything he lacked and won the hearts and minds of the people. Ignore the coronation it is a clown show of the vanities.
There's no such thing as "just queen consort". The wife of a king is always a queen consort, but simply called a queen. In this show, we see Queen Mary, who was consort to King George V. At the King's death, she became Queen Dowager, but was still called Queen Mary. We also have Queen Elizabeth, who was Queen Consort to King George VI, but was simply called Queen Elizabeth. When the King died, she was called the Queen Mother because Queen Mary was still alive. Still, she was Queen Elizabeth. Queen Elizabeth II was a rarity. She was Queen Regent because she actually reigned by her own right like a King, but she was called Queen Elizabeth II. Her husband, Prince Philip, was Prince Consort. There is no King Consort because the title of King is deemed higher than Queen. When the Queen died, Charles succeeded her as King Charles III. His wife, Camilla, became his Queen Consort and was always going to be simply called, like all the other queen consorts I named, Queen Camilla. It's not about what Camilla wanted, it's how things have been for ages.
@@Xerxes2005 Exactly. There is so much confusion about this, probably because there was a Queen Regnant for so long. But any queen who is a queen because their husband is a king (i.e. most of them), is a queen consort.
Diana kind of remninded me of both jane seour and kathrine howard, jane beacise she gave him sons, kathrien because when she met charles she was only 16, a virgin someone the royal family thought could be easy to manipulate. Well 2023 says it now chalres finalyl got hos love of his life and his kingship he always wanted
@@jurasjoro5221 I hope that your spouse cheats on you for many years and that you will risk losing your kids and everything that you have, just as Diana. I am hoping that you will have a taste of Diana's suffering, then everyone should turn your back on you and ridicule and blame you for everything. I really, really hope that. Charles was f/cking another man's wife, did you expected Diana to be some happy doormat?
You do know that Diana was born in a very wealthy, old aristocratic British family, right? You do know that she was born in a millionaire family, that the Queen is her brother's godmother and that she used to play with Charles' siblings as a child, therefore that she was member of the British elite, right? Also, I hope that you know that the money didn't spoiled her in any way and after coming of age she shared a flat in London with three housemates and worked as a nanny, cleaning lady and prior to marrying Charles as a kindergarten teacher. She had all the wealth and the prestige before marrying Charles, she could have done whatever she pleased with her life, even pursue a better and grander life than be stuck in a rigid institution with no personal freedom. That was before Charles misleaded and proposed to her. She was over 12 years younger than him.
