Hey guys, my name is Caden Novikoff and I make videos about kicking footballs. I am an NFL free agent kicker pursuing my dream to play in the NFL. I hope to help as many kickers as I can through making these videos.

You point your toe down and away from you and aim just left of the back seam on the inside panel and hit the ball at around your 2nd or third lace hole on your shoe that will make the big bone in your foot hit the ball
Great tips. It would be nice to see you kick the ball at the end of each section, or at least at the end. I kind of thought when you first started talking about the lean that you’d just send one to show us the body lean. Overall great video about kicking without seeing a kick.
I naturally kick a 45 yard field goal as a incoming freshman who plays soccer, and i would like to thank you because now I can kick 47 yards and im hoping for more yard very soon. also question have you ever had a hip flexor injury while kicking
Honestly if you do any type of contact sport any injury is a possibility, try and get as much recovery as possible and be warmed up to have a less chance of getting an injury. You could always stretch before and after games, stretching is also linked to faster muscles growth and recovery!! Hope this helps bro 💪
New follower. I’m 37 now and was an all state kicker in HS, played D1-AA and two years of arena football after college. I haven’t kicked in a decade but just started training again. Gonna start following your routines. Thanks man!
Hello Caden, I need help trying to decide what cleats I should get. I can only get one pair, can you give me just like 3 football or soccer cleats I should get for kicking. P.S. I'm in 7th grade. Thank you!
Just wanted to say this video has been huge for me. I got the yips after a serious ankle injury, this video was essential to helping me get back to form. Appreciate it.
I went to a kicking camp that gave me bad advice about kickoffs. I learned more from here than that entire camp! I am a sophomore that will be starting JV kicker this season and backup varsity kicker, and kickoffs are my biggest weakness
I'm only a 6th grader, I'm going to be a 7th grader this year, hopefully I can get the kicker position. I started in 5th grade, this helped me get better over the past two years. I just want to thank you Caden. Your a real hero to me. ❤
As a former high school kicker and current college coach, these reminder videos help a ton!! Also have all 4 years of eligibility, so there’s still a chance I put on a uniform for either a college or semi-pro team at least one more time!
I use a 1” kicking block and a tripod type stand for field goals and pat’s. Together those probably cost about $25. But for kickoffs there is a special tee that costs about $15. Also I was told that there was a SKLZ 2 sided tee for the same price but I couldn’t find it. Hope this helps
Thank you bc im in my freshman year in high school and my senior kicker kept telling me to kick it diffrent but now i do this and it feels and does better than what he told me
