I never played breaker, so the fact i can mash together parts and the custom actually gets to use weapons on it is really fun! I love to make customs with lore in mind, so this is right up my alley 🤩
Did have some fun with Breaker 4 Server Test, did a few builds and all. Did take a while to learn the new combat system, especially coming in back from Breaker 3. It does have a lot of potential and clearly better than NGB, although not anywhere near as over the top as GB3. Over all so far, I think the game will do well enough and give you tons of building and breaking fun.
This popped up in my recommended most likely because I'm watching people playing the Beta test and all I can say is after testing the online with my friends apart from some confusion and trying to get together for some matches and multiplayer, I am impressed with how much of an improvement this game is and it feels so smooth to play. It's like they took everything from GB 3 and expanded upon it to where I am happy that this is going to be a thing next month. Not to say GB free isn't bad as one of the reasons why I bought it a year or so ago is because I didn't think we would get a fourth game and because I needed to get another robot game in my library while I was getting AC6..... Until the surprise announcement for 4 came out and I kind of face Palm lol. Again not complaining because this means I can continue to increase my gundam game collection and overall definitely excited for the full game for 4. As for 3, I give you major props in your creativity in one of your mobile suits great job!
Thanks, going from 3 to 4 feels so good the game makes many nice changes and while am getting use to it the flow and freedom is starting to show. This feels like what people wanted from breaker 4 and its so nice to see one of gundams best game series back after what happen with new breaker. Also same always nice to have a new robot game to play
@@slothcakes Now we JUST need another Dynasty warriors Gundam game and a new SRW and we are golden lol. But until then, I'll enjoy what little we have with the beta and then hop back into GB3 and make more custom mobile suits, like I had WAY too much fun when building a Gundam version of Jehuty from Zone of the Enders lol.
Ah Gundam Age. It reminds me of Seed. But worse. Gundam Seed: Lots of great mech designs, decent story though deff on the lower-half. Gundam Age: The Gundams look good. The story is terrible.
I kind of wish we had seen the Zock pulling more close range shenanigans result of its Dom like hovering system making it unexpectedly fast & agile on the ground. The design do was approved for mass production, but between California Base already churning out many other designs, like the YMS-09D, which out of 30 planned units, shipped 10, completed another 10 and was in the process of converting 10 YMS-09/MS-09A into the last 10. The MSM-03C & MSM-07E, alongside the MS-05L & MS-14GD are more example of other late designs produced at the base, the last already being compromised as the disrupted supply lines forces the engineers to make some cuts in order to complete the units. I could imagine the planned mass production of the Zock being put into hold for a lack of components for its hovering system, phonon maser or its battery of mega particle cannons.
It's weird hearing about later Gundam Seed stuff, I'd have expected every post-freedom mech to follow in it's footsteps- use the reactor to power many weapons, and use an advanced targeting system to allow for the use of all weapons at once.
i'd put the Kampfer on this list, mostly cuz when i first fought it, i had no idea what it was, it moved so fast, hit hard, and took me out before i knew what hit me
That one definitely looks more like a MA, but I imagine it would have had more issues when cruising underwater given its larger profile, thus it would have reduced effectiveness as an amphibious unit and instead be more effective as a ground unit.
It’s still mainly intended as a marine unit, being one of only two Zeon MS that uses phonon masers, the other one being the Gogg according to older sources and briefly seen using them in the OG tv series, with one on either side of the head. Zeon definitely saw the success of the Dom for solving the mobility issues that had plagued them for most of the Earth invasion when deciding to give it a hover system, which I would like to imagine would have made the unit a lot more agile than what we actually see, perhaps result of the cramped areas it ended up fighting at. As an odd detail, in the PS3 games Target in Sight, Dom type MS can hover over water as long as they remain in constant movement, which sounds about right (that game was realistic to a fault, which in most cases ended up being a con), so in theory the Zock could pull the same trick.
Mummy Gundam from neo Egypt should be on that list. Its pilot is literally dead and infected with DGcells back with vengeance and terror with both science and horror
Re: Tungsten heat weapons- having worked with Tungsten electrodes while Tig welding, they would not work well as a weapon. Tungsten tends to oxidize and smoke when hot, so in atmosphere the heat weapons would leave a trail of smoke and would very rapidly decay. It's also surprisingly fragile, somehow both brittle enough to crack and malleable enough to tear. In general, I'd say some kind of already oxidized ceramic would be ideal, but my very limited knowledge of material science tells me that most heat-resistant ceramics are very brittle.
Man ngl I learned about this game 5 or 7 years ago and I regret for not learning about this game earlier now I won't be able to play it not the full game that is😢
You missed a suit in in UC time line AMX-101E Schuzrum-Galluss has two of the shock grapple type in its chest it also used the mine chain only seen on the Kampher before it
