MSM-07 Z'Gok - Amphibious Analysis 

me & many mistaking they took scientist, engineers & workers as absorbing. so a oversight there also thank you for pointing it out and now i have to sit here and think of the fact the fed picked the zaku marine type over the zgok, wonder which higher up came up with that amazing choice

@@slothcakes Sorry about that, but I think in the last couple of years I have seen more and more comments repeating the same without a proper source, so I was actually wondering if something official had been said on the matter. As for the EF choosing the Zakus, my guess is they simply went for the cheapest option. Like I commented in the other video, the machine the RMS-192M Zaku Mariner was based on was the M-1 version of the Zaku Marine Type, or basically the worse version of the Zaku Marine type that was rejected in favor of the one we are familiar with, also known as the M-2 version. The one area I could imagine M-1/RMS-192M beating the M-2/MSM-01 is in cost: at least externally the M-1 seems to have more parts in common with a standard MS-06F, so I suppose that would help to make it even cheaper than the M-2 type. Seeing how the RMS-188MD is supposed to be for deep salvage operations, I’m inclined to think that they used a MSM-01, likely a Marien Hizack as a base, improved it with gundarium and added some additional componentes better suited for its task. The Zaku Mariner on the other hand basically became a viable amphibious MS thanks to its gundarium armor that helped it overcome some of the problems of the original design, namely the need of waterproof seals that the Zaku Marine Type added, while making it overall more pressure resistant.

@@ZeonicFenrir No problem I enjoy reading ur comments they are always filled with helpful info realistically i do see a military picking the cheapest option rather than the better but more expensive on the upside tho with the zaku it would be easy to modify since it has so many damn variants however i do want to know what the variants the fed/ titans would make if they picked the zgok instead. I would like to see a hi-gasshia

Yes, i have already covered things like the gasshia and every so often i do branch off and cover a non-amphibious MS that i find intresting
