About my 2017 Ford Fiesta ST. And other things I might find interesting. I'm a huge car enthusiast I do all of my own maintenance and repair work myself.
Great job from start to finish, amazing closeups and details throughout the process, thanks for providing such a well done video! I'm going old school and having a friend pump the brakes to bleed them out, good info about the bleeding sequence, seems every car is different these days.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this video! Great job on your fence, too! I am struggling with how to stain my split rail fence because I don’t really want the stain all over the wire fencing (which is grey). How did you handle staining the wood with a sprayer without covering the wire? Or did you just spray both (I can’t tell in the video if the wire is coated). Thank you!
Thanks for your story. I'm 64. I'm a 10 time genetic cancer survivor. I'm now on 50% weight bearing, 5 weeks from surgery and double mastectomy in December. The health care system where I was treated repeatedly told me my insurance would not cover a knee scooter. I kept telling them that I talked to the insurance company and they saw no reason why it wouldn't be covered. It took 15 days from my fall to get the scooter. I had to finally tell them I wasn't calling patient relations, I was going to file a medical complaint with the State attorney generals office. If you're older make sure you have a patient advocate if you can't advocate for yourself. This health care system thought home care was more important. So thousands of tax payer dollars were spent unnecessarily for home care.....once I'm somewhat recovered I'll be addressing it with the healthcare system, the state Medicaid program, elected state and federal people. If I had to use a walker this entire time I'd be in terrible shape because of my armpit pain from my breast surgery.
Yes. It is the best for sure. The only thing I would say is if you have to prime certain spots on your ceiling due to repairs or damage, you should prime the whole ceiling before you paint. It will make painting easier and you will also use less paint which is definitely more expensive than primer. But for ceilings I just don't think anything out there is going to give better results especially in difficult lighting conditions.
I have a trimalleolar fracture and dislocation since 5/27/24 because of an assault. My surgery was on 11/6/24, so 4 days ago. I ran my first half marathon on 27/4/24 and do weightlifting 5 times a week for 8 years straight. I miss being active. I’m 24 years old right now. This video resonated the most with me, because i also saw some videos of people who had a lot of pity for themselves and some even accepted the fact they wouldn’t be able to recover to 100%. I don’t work that way. Only downside to my recovery is that i am regular smoker. I will smoke my last 2 cigarettes today and will resist after those 2 to support my body while it’s healing. Thanks for the honest and clear video.
@@VolleKwark Quitting nicotine is definitely a good idea, as nicotine is terrible for bone growth. Many surgeons will not perform spinal fusion surgeries if the patient is using nicotine. My wife has had two such surgeries. You are young and have the right attitude, so you will make a decent recovery. The running part will be the most difficult, as the ligaments, tendons, and muscles tend to get quite upset and take a significant amount of time to settle down. It will be normal to experience tightness, popping, and clicking noises for quite some time.
Wow man i have a very similar story to yours. I work in a steel yard and was loading a truck on the 29th of april. Im on the truck and signal the forklift guy to come down easy. He slams 3, 30ft i-beams right onto the truck. All three beams crash straight onto my ankle. I was trapped for about 3 mins until they could get the overhead crane to put the hook on them and raise up on it. I was screaming bloody murder dude! So fucking scary. Listening to your story with that 3,000 pound vehicle bearing all its weight on you omg bro i bet you got PTSD from that shit!! Good god and im sure your wife was scared as all hell too. As anybody would be. Holy shit man. But yeah im 5 weeks in and my doctor is having me bear weight with the boot on. Ive been walking around but is it natural to still hurt a little bit? Im worried that im breaking it again? Or is it just normal? Im confused cause he said im good to bear weight if i got the boot on.
Hey man, I'm 18 and just recently broke both my legs going down a water slide. My right ankle has the same bimalleolar fracture and I am getting the ORIF surgery on it in the next week or so. This video really helped my morale on the situation and showed that maybe the timeline can be sped up if I really push myself. (which I know I can do) Thank you for this video and I hope this comment reaches you.
You are young which is a big plus. I know a guy who broke his leg from motorcycle racing his leg is full of plates and screws. Many years after that accident he fell off a ladder and broke that leg again. He is in his forties and also smokes nicotine is terrible for bone healing and growth. Anyway he is doing fairly well. You will probably heal up very well. Are you going to have some pain yeah. It took a good year before the tendons and ligaments in my foot took a chill pill. Get plenty of protein, vitamin D and rest.
This is kinda what mine is doing, I have a 122c. It will start, Run for 5 seconds and stall. Next pull, Starts Runs for 5 seconds and Stalls. Over and over again. It's loosing Spark for sure. On a few occasions it's Ran long enough to get my Yard done. I've Checked every Connection every Ground. I cant figure out what's wrong.
Have 2, my 223L is over 10yrs old & only its primer bulbs been replaced. Also a 525LST I bought last yr. Neither have failed to start (Nothing but pump gas btw). My neighbor brought his 129L in for repair & its carb/tank is full of sand grit. Must be middle eastern fuel in it I guess?...lol Ordered him a new carb/filter...Peace
THANK YOU for this video! My 125L Husqvarna needed a new carb so I got one of the kits from eBay...plus knowing that the default Hipa plug is garbage, got an NGK plug. First it wouldn't start. Then it would start, run for a few seconds, and die. Got out the inline spark plug tester, and it ran great. Took off the spark plug tester and same problem. LONG STORY SHORT: I accidentally installed the GARBAGE HIPA PLUG instead of the NGK! With it running okay with the plug tester inline, I know it was something funky, but never thought it would be the plug!
@@autohelix Or include a quality Champion or NGK plug, assuming NGK do okay - my old Champion is back in the trimmer so I have yet to try the NGK. I tossed the Hipa into the trash. I should have tossed it in the trash the minute I got it!
Thank you sir for doing this video. That mahogany looks really good on your fence. That is the color I am hoping to go with but my husband likes the lighter shades. Some good ole cowboy beans and bacon wrapped smokies will get our sons over to help😊
Mine does that, but sitting here reading comments. Its probably the coil getting a lil hot and shuts down. Carbs clean new fuel lines, filter new correct plug. New gas/oil mix. Only thing left, coil!
My friend called me the other day and was asking about that. I said I didn’t have any idea. I will pass this on. Thank you for the info. Good video dude.
I did a second coat a year later. I only did one coat the first year when it is really a two coat product. First year 25 Gallons, second year less than 15 Gallons.
@@autohelix I’m just saying: when you do the math and the cost of a fence, the prices they charge for stain make it not worth it. My cedar fence is well over 15 years old without stain. Yes, I’ve had to do a few repairs, but when you do the math for staining, it makes it a poor proposition.
This fixed my microwave too! Thanks for sharing this fix! I'm so confused though as to why the magnetron didnt affect the circuit board until now. Would you happen to know what happens over time that would lead to a leaking signal? And how did you think of shielding the circuit board with foil?
Not sure why it leaks, I would guess something is breaking down over time. I did alot of reading and found on a forum deep down in the internet where someone else did this. I gave it a try and it worked.
Upon reviewing the video, I've become aware of an error in my statement regarding the Citi Bank Custom Cash Card's 5% cash back on $500. I misspoke when I mentioned the cash back as $50; the correct amount is $25. This means cardholders can earn a total of up to $300 per year.
