This is the product I use. It's good for the early summer months with the 50% slow release N. I see the price increased by $10-11. It's the only fertilizer I know at Lowes and Site One with as much micronutrients (haven't looked much since started using this 2-3 years ago). I use the Lesco 50-0-0 for my high N application in the fall. People need to educate themselves on this stuff as NPK is NPK. The big companies of the world are so good at advertisement that the homeowners think their product is much superior.

I typically use a starter fertilizer in September when I overseed. End of November I use this product, and again in March.

@@autohelix By law, we can't use fertilizer after 11/15 and it can't be slow release fertilizer either if applied at a certain rate in the fall months. I personally wouldn't use slow release that late in the year here in Maryland (it may be ok in your area that late in the season). It would be wasted. I used 50-0-0 straight fast release urea in the fall to get it into the grass fast because it's getting colder.

man i bought the Flagship 24-0-6 from their site 2 months ago for $60 thinking i was saving money in advance. Today i just saw this in Lowes for $38 🤯 - didn’t need it but i couldn’t pass up the deal.
