Once they were left "Alone" by their record / management companies to create what they wanted, well... look what they did. Alone's somewhat sad, heavy yet empowering story (topics Miku's known for writing about), up against Kanami's up-tempo, complex yet rockin' music is quintessential Band-Maid. BAND-MAID is an important influence and contributor to the music industry with a continuous, growing worldwide fanbase. But to me, they are just the best sounding, best writers of hard rock music, and the most fun, joyous group of musicians to come along since the Beatles! Thx, Ratty!
This song always makes me wonder what their previous rejected songs sounded? So far, Band Maid says NO when asked if they will ever record any of those rejected songs.

Along with the subject I mentioned below with Frankie (your favorite Band-Maid song is the last one you listened to) there's also another Band-Maid phenomenon you ran across here, which is that Band-Maid always sounds comfortably familiar like you've heard it before... but it's also sounds totally new simultaneously. That's just good writing. Like you say, riffs are going to get repeated from song to song, but it's how you combine them and how you play them that matters. Kanami on composition FTW!

Yeah we need a name to use as shorthand for the specific Band-Maid effect that we usually explain as "your favorite Band-Maid song is the last one you listened to." It's so fun watching reactors, used to being able to rank songs from most artists, saying things like Ratty here like... "the last several have been my favorites... except I did love those first few ones too." As it slowly dawns on them that picking favorites is difficult to impossible with Band-Maid. I picked up on something somebody said a while back and stole it, and now say, "There are about seventy Band-Maid songs in my top ten list." 😁

For context, the Movement music video features Sergei Polunin, a world renown ballet dancer. He had gone viral for dancing to Hozier’s Take Me to Church, so Hozier invited him to be a part of this music video. This is one of my favorite Aurora videos. This is Aurora shedding the angelic persona that people associate with her. I have to agree with chat. I'd let Aurora bite me. haha. I love it when she defies the public expectations of her. This new album is a perfect example. Her new album is pure perfection. AOTY without a doubt.

It probably contradicts most of the opinions, but I will respectfully express my feelings. And I am going to repeat myself in something that I said for another previous song "I let the music speak" It also leaves me with mixed feelings And first of all I want to make it clear that Frida's vocal performance as the main voice is outstanding, and the choirs are very well elaborated. But the song itself, although it's very good, doesn't end up closing me like others It's like there are parts that I like and others that I don't. And that's why I have it in the block of the three that I like the least on the album (and what I think is 7pts) Perhaps two comparisons come to mind: One with the 'mini musical' included in "The Album" which for me is incredible and fascinating in its three songs And I like this song, but it doesn't fascinate me And the other with "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen which also seems to me superior and more cohesive It is clear that at this point Björn and Benny were with the advanced idea of making a musical, and not with their partners Frida and Agnetha And this is a preview of what would come in his future creations outside of ABBA. perhaps the error is mine to resemble "I let the music speak" to both ABBA's mini musical and Queen's smash hit I am also talking about a very good song, where I think the vocals surpass the music But in the high catalog of ABBA it does not enter my Top25 as always, I enjoy your reactions My best regards from Buenos Aires, Argentina South America

This song is featured in the game Sky: Children of the Light. There is a virtual Aurora concert, and in the concert arena, there is a meditation/breathing room/sound bath where Aurora leads you in breathing exercises. It's actually very calming to just listen to Aurora breathe and encourage you to relax.
Liz Fraser's lyrics in Teardrop by Massive Attack don't make much sense as English, more if they are an unknown channelled language. She uses "fearless" a lot, could it be the same language as Aurora's which spells it "fireless"?
Cherry Wine was one of the first songs I ever heard from him, and it was a life changing event. I had just begun playing guitar less than a year before hearing it, but I knew that I had to learn it. A few months later, I played it for the first time at a coffee shop - it was the first time I had ever played and sang in front of people before. A few months after that, I saw hozier live. To hear a frankly life changing song in person was an experience I wouldn't sell for the world. Now im a guitarist and vocalist in a band and my highchools jazz guitarist, all because of one 4 minute song
