Thankyou. There is quite a few videos that instruct people on how to develop bad squatting habits. FWIW I go barefoot but have not tried my dusty chucks for squatting. Some skate style shoes I do like are flat soled addidas campus and Binitz. having more side support and some arch support than chucks and b/c I will wear shoes in public gym settings. Rambling a bit. My main point is thankyou. And great butt =)
Women should wear whatever makes them comfortable, and men should mind their business. But....if men wore clothes that drew attention to their junk, skin tight, they would get kicked out of the gym. So let's not pretend.
No, what women wear is the biggest problem. There is nothing wrong with modesty and humility. Self respect has to come first before respect can ever come from anyone else.
Don’t listen to the haters. I seen the training sprints video you did & that was dope. I was literally focused on how you warmed up before sprints & not on what you were wearing or your butt. So people need to 🤫 about you showing off your butt. You’re clearly just showing people what muscle you’re working out as you work it out. It’s motivating as hell! So those fools need to be quiet 🤐 you are watching a master at work 💯
