A fabulous house and surrounds. I envy those with the funds to purchase this home. The house is complete and the land just asks to be developed into more olive groves and a lovely garden. The pool surrounds and pool house are ripe for improvements also. A wonderful business proposition whether you want to rent or run a Bed and Breakfast. I’ve seen nicer properties in Umbria around this price range. It’s the 9 hectares which ups the price. You can find really nice properties with 1 hectare for under 2 million. Depends if you want to be bothered with olive trees or not.

I was watching some walking tours of Milan, displaying all the incredible Fashions that folks wear on the Street...I think the Wardrobe should be open for Display, not with doors to close it away! :) This house matches those women and men I saw in Milan! ...I would look so out of place in such a wonderful space...Milan woke me up to that! :)

What a fabulous rebuild! The exterior is truly faithful to the surroundings. Though the interior is modern, it's not stark like some other properties you have shown.
