Vision boards don’t work for me. I just have to do the day the day activities I need to do to reach those goals. I can’t have a vision of the goals because I’ll unrealistically want to speed things up. Of course it doesn’t speed up, so I slowly give up. Doing the daily things I need to do is when I see results. However. I think this video being on my timeline countless times is a sign to give it a go? Idk. Yet. Thank you for this video sis 🫶🏽
P.S. Sorry for the long comment😁 Watching this video I relate to your journey a lot. Growing up I was a positive kid. I always saw the glass half full. I believed everything that happened to me was for a good reason, so that one day I could share my story with others and encourage them. I'm 27 now and I've been through a whole lot since then, financially, mentally and spiritually. Over time I became a victim of my life. Always asking God why me? Why wasn't He helping me? I became negative. I blamed my family and everyone else for the state of my life. I always kept complaining about how stuck I felt. But I never did anything about it. I would pray to God to give me money, or a better job but I'd sit in my bed all day sleeping or binging shows on Netflix. Then I'd get mad when nothing good happened for me. Listening to your talk, reminded me of that. It really is true, no one is going to come and save you. No miracle will happen for you unless you get up and work for it. Truth is with everything we go through God already placed the answers within us or within reach. So, it's not that He's ignoring you or your prayers. He needs you to change your perspective or grow a little bit to get to the answers He already gave you. We just have to stop focusing on what's wrong to see it. So, thank you so much for this video. I'm currently on a journey to becoming more positive and a better version of myself in all aspects of my life and this video was a great reinforcement that I'm on the right track.
