That part! I had to stop and comment at 8:30 of the video because that is where I currently am and you are correct. I have to constantly remind myself that this is temporary this hole that I’ve fallen in, I will get out of. There’s an old proverb about a farmer trying to bury his donkey because the donkey no longer served him. Every day he would throw dirt into the hole on top of the donkey. The donkey would shake the dirt off and take a step up. Each day he would shake it off and pack it under until finally he got to the top of the hole and ran off! The moral is life is going to try to pack dirt on us. Once we realize that we can shake it off and pack it under us to actually help propel us out of the hole, we will be freed from that thing trying to hold us back. (This comment was never intended to be this long! 😂but Sis I truly enjoy your videos and uplifting messages. You aren’t just gorgeous externally, but internally too) ❤

I wasnt like that back then, and now that i reflect, all i see was a gurl trying to get out of her sadness and holding ppl accountable for their actions, when really, i should be taking responsibility for the way i acted that made them do the stuff that they did to me

It’s not always that you caused them to do what they did! People are responsible for their own actions. BUT, sometimes we come out of situations caught up on the fact that “someone hurt us” instead of taking accountability by saying: yes this person hurt me, AND I need to change some things about myself so that I won’t be attracted to that kind of person again (example)

I’m really glad I found you on RU-vid. I think your content on self-development and growth is inspiring and informative. I have went through similar experiences where I felt like I was sinking at the bottom of the ocean and I was forever going to be stuck there until I realized I don’t have to be. I worked on all the factors that was keeping me stuck and after a year and four months. I progressed to a higher version of myself. I currently still struggle through mental barriers that’s limiting me from attaining my goals but from your last video “How to become your ideal women” you’ve inspired me that it’s not the end of the world and I overcome these barriers and succeed in many other areas of my life.
