as someone who's learning to not let everything get under my skin, ive realized the best way to be unbothered is to ask yourself "is this physically hurting me?''. we all have emotions so its totally fine to be mentally hurt but then it's like "is that Hurt really stopping me from doing what I need to do''? now I can cry at night and wake up stronger.
