Welcome to my channel. Here you will find some great railfanning videos and the building of my N scale model railroad train layout. The Si-Gogglin Creek RR. I capture most of my railfan videos in the great state of Ohio, but also love a good road trip to New and exciting places to catch trains, that I call fishin trips to catch a train. I hope to steadily improve my channel for your enjoyment. All comments are welcome but keep them family friendly, please like, subscribe and share this channel with others you think would enjoy my journeys and adventures, let's go fishin and catch a train. Awesome day with the Mrs. trackside. Caught some good action out there too !! Hey not that kind of action. Get your mind out of the gutter. Or not !! 😂 Loved the video my friend !!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 we like the gutter, 🤣🤣🤣 it was a great day, and had no expectations of catching anything, just wanted to relax.. glad you enjoyed it Richard, hope you had a great 4th.. 🇺🇸 thanks for watching
Man, that's a pretty sweet setup you got. I need me one of them. I got the chair. I just need me a little grill like that or maybe a cooler. Did you guys camp out and sleep overnight like hobos?
@@BoxcarJerry thanks Jerry. I like this grill cause it's a good combo, and actuall grill grate and a burner for pots..you should definitely find one you like, cheaper on food and a lot more fun, and this slim line cooler I have fits nicely behind the seat.. I would of loved to camp out but ticks are bad down there.. and it was a bit muggy that day.. I'll have to find a good spot to do that some night.. appreciate you watching.
A beautiful video dear Pappy. You and I have in common the patience and love of our wives. You're a photographer, but I've filled a small room with trains. A warm greeting and hurrah for our hobby and for us. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂😊😊😊😊😊😊
@@Imieitrenimodello that's awesome Alberto, when you have a good woman, you gotta love them and give them a great partnership.. glad you have that as well. Glad you enjoyed the video, appreciate you watching
@@ccrx6700 it was definitely a relaxing way of railfanning.. usually not in a spot long enough to bring my chairs. Glad you enjoyed it Dave, appreciate you watching
Those are the best trips, just random destinations. Great place you ended up though, I like that grill, I see it just takes them little screw in fuel canisters. Nice you caught 3 trains, at least the last one had a friendly engineer. Great video Pappy👍🏼🇺🇸😎
@@stretchlimo7275 for sure Stretch, just go and see where you end up.. this grill is great, has the grilling grate, and a burner for pots. And the little bottles are easy transport. Loved the horn on the last one. Glad you enjoyed it, hope your 4th was a good one. Appreciate you watching
What a nice thing to do. Still looks odd to me you can go camp out trackside like that when all our railways are fenced off these days. You chose a good spot with 3 trains going by.
@@cedarcam it is awesome just to roll up to a spot and sit. Most of our train are out in the wilderness so they're not spending money to fence it all in, just the pedestrian areas in city's and such. If this was a weekday and I got there a bit earlier I would of got many more than 3, but was happy with what I got that day. Glad you enjoyed it. Always appreciate you watching
@@TriGogglin Yea our railways are not far from populated areas and they try to stop trespassers walking the track to take a shortcut. It does not stop anyone determined to kill themself though and now our main line to Scotland has been closed 5 hours because of that happening.
@@georgiasunbelt 🤣 we'll have to grill and chill together sometime Anthony. Not to many bugs that day but did catch a tick crawling up the wife's neck. She wasn't to happy bout that. But glad i seen it. Appreciate you watching.
@@momandsontrainrailfans thanks Momma, I'll have to email you about. Why I havnt been southeast to you yet. Buy I am gonna get there.. I'm dying to hang track side with Ray and see all your amazing work on the layouts.. glad you enjoyed this one. Appreciate you watching
@TriGogglin Pappy , I just like giving you grief about coming down. Please do not take it seriously. I some day we will meet up dear friend. We love you guys. Great video
@@StormySkyRailProductions thanks Dave, it was a great day indeed.. love when the engineers salute ya.. glad you enjoyed it too. Appreciate you watching. Hope you have a great weekend
@@KerleyExpress 🤣🤣🤣 9h you caught that, yeah she was like redo that. I was like nope, got you acting natural.. I'm keeping it 🤣🤣 it is a great spot, glad you liked it too. Always appreciate you watching
That was awesome Pappy!! Grill N' Chill with a side order of 3 trains 🤙🤟😎 Sweet catches and it looked like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing. Happy 4th of July!! 🎆🎇 Have a good weekend and stay safe. - Jason
@@jaybird111207 🤣 grill and chill, I like that.. it was so relaxing.. glad you enjoyed it.. hope you guys have a great weekend as well. Appreciate you watching
@@TwistedMacGyversTrains thanks Frank, It definitely was a needed break. I go track side a lot but its usually for a maybe an hour at a time, but this time I just wanted to stay and just enjoy the day.. appreciate you watching
You should definitely utter those words, It definitely did the trick.. I meant it to, I just needed to unwind and the peace of that place is amazing, no cell service just the birds and the and the smell of the creosote and the running water of the tug river on the otherside of the tracks. Appreciate you watching sparks, hope you have a great weekend.
@@ajhosmer315 that's a term I never heard of, and if you read thru the comments, there are several people in here that worked for the railroads and kicking cars is what they call it as well. I do appreciate you watching
That was a great startup, you really get to appreciate the sound of the 7FDL fourstroke v16 in this video, all three units having that motor. I bet those vertical posts were driven into the ground 50ft or better by a pile driver to support that track bed. Nice startup Pappy👍🏼😎🇺🇸
Thanks Stretch, yeah that hill side is slipping, part of the road has collapsed, was definitely cool to get it starting out. It's pulling grade the whole time here.. sounded amazing. appreciate you watching
Pappy you should’ve went over and talked to that dude, I bet he would’ve gave you the grand tour. You know he’s definitely a railroad enthusiast to have that in his backyard!
For sure Stretch, funny thing is I was in a hurry to see the MOW parked down the road, and didn't think about it till I left, and said that to the wife... Dang it, I should of ask that dude to see it.. Definitely a missed opportunity..
Yeah needs a bath bad, the Thunderbirds were an awesome treat. Not sure if you seen it, but I got better clips on the Potluck channel.. thanks for watching Eddie
Oh I would of took the snow over the rain,.. it was definitely a wet day. But was still fun, I definitely could of went for a few castle burgers.. appreciate you watching
I’m calling that number and going tell them “Pappy sent me, do I get a discount?”🤣🤣. That’s definitely cool being able to rent that. Beautiful station too👍🏼😎🇺🇸
