I used to own 2 M32s before the rest of the family were a thing. Great sounding, too expensive for what they did, but the filters were great. Now if I had have gone that route, it would have been an interesting affair, just the format did not suit my work flow. Still I love that Moog have brought more of these out, they really do work well with each other, or other gear as you have shown. Thx for the upload.
Moog Mavis KIT !!! ...I stopped by the website, and Moog has a semi-modular KIT!! single saw square morph oscillator with pwm ... but it has a wave folder ... looks like minimal assembly, sort of pop together with no soldering.
Name change is very funny to me. May it bring you many new successes! I normally piece together my own hardware glitch sounds out of a few pedals but the thought of latching the tempo to the Novation Mininova. 8 FX buttons read2go sounds like easy IDM for days
Very good review... I have been trying to get more info on this unique little synth...I have now seen enough to pull the trigger and get one... thank you Ma'am... And all that sounds like this... so beautiful...
Wondering Why?! Patch cables arent yet made with twice extra length wires with (safety tough secured ends) and_ Wrapped Around an Elastic Core'_ While Covered in Elastic Fabric'_ So to Literally Stretch 'Maybe' up to Twice as Long in reach? To Eliminate all the Extra Slack in the Cables?!'
I would get a Korg SQ-64 .... I mean 16 steps is not enough, honestly .... for some CV destinations, sure 8 or 16...but it's just ridiculous being that limited overall. the SQ-64 has CV outs, and MIDI...so you can sequence anything with one.
Hi! Saw your comment in my notifications (but somehow not in my comments). Thanks for stopping by and checking my video. I of course watched your video as reference for my patch as well! making something like this in ZOIA really does take some time, but if ZOIA had more CPU power, you could recreate a lot of these more complicated digital pedals. I really hope Empress will give us a mk2 some day. If you know those guys, plet them know ;) Keep up the great work!
@@emilyharpist2 Cool! In case you do, feel free to let me know if there are any larger bugs, or things that don't work so well. I'll try to patch it up. I just decided to finally upload the patch, before I go crazy trying to perfect it :D
Great demo. Not my favorite form of synthesis but I appreciate when it’s extremely well demonstrated! Great job showcasing the Labyrinth’s potential. This honestly blew me away and I bet in another week, I will order one 😂
Excellent work, and a very interesting review. I can't think why anyone would buy one except from marketing pressure. It's clearly a load of sh*t. Anyone remember the Circuit Bent period of synthesis? Like when sh*t synths cost $5 and you had fun screwing them up with resistors and capacitors? This is almost a hoax product surely?
I'm a software developer who has worked on codebases with over 1 million lines, and I think this thing is too complex for me. 😅 This Harp Lady must be some kind of genius!
Awesome video! I would love to see what this can do when paired with the Subharmonicon. I’ve had that thing for a while and still not sure what to do with it.
