i never know if i should feel consoled or saddened to find out that i'm not alone in feeling this way. here's to hoping that things will be better in the afterlife, indeed -- although to be honest, i don't want an afterlife; i'm hoping that death will be just that: a full stop. no heaven or hell. no purgatory. no reincarnation. being alive is exhausting; i can't imagine having to deal with an afterlife after my "real" life is over.
