Question: Will both of the six week programs be offered on your site after the six weeks? I wanted to start with the 1st then move to the second one after the sixth week
@@musclesmenopause9879 The programs will always remain on my site. But I do want you to know that day 4 and day 5 are exactly the same. The only differences are in the way the workouts are structured. So I do not recommend purchasing both. Also, the programs can be repeated. So after you complete the 6 weeks, you can start over again. Plus I will be creating more programs down the line.
