Keep up the good work sis you motivated me back to working out & eating healthy which I haven’t done in like 2yrs due to PCOS, depression, anxiety , stress , loss of job, foot surgery etc you name it it has been rough! Yes!! Do not give up. I promise keep pushing and one day it will all start to fall in place. I don’t even pay attention to anything until I’ve completely three months. And that’s three months of consistency.
Hi Keshia i really love your content and it really motivates me to workout and eat better I hope you don't take this personally but please wipe your fridge and microwave down you can use a soap based cleaner and then shine with a stainless steel cleaner.❤❤
