I like to think that the “night falls, place where I belong” also has to do with her being a bounty hunter, accepting what she effectively gains with what she already has.
If the rock part is the antithesis to the jazz part what if he's speaking towards the instrumental part with the eye-rolling "yeah yeah"? In a fourth-wall-breaking way he understands the natural rythm of things
The Slayer being a descendant of Nosferatu thing isn’t canon, it was only in the English manual for one of the XX games and never mentioned again. The rest of the time they talk about Slayer’s ancestors they just say he’s from “a long line of vampires” and don’t name anything. Also Slayer is like, definitely older than Nosferatu when you think about it. Cool video tho
I think you missed a pretty obvious reading of this piece. The verses that aren't the chorus represent the two other followers of Dandyism. Zato-1 and Nagoriyuki respectively. Both of them have reached for something that they wanted, and in doing so have lost something that they need. Zato reached for power, and inso blinded himself literally, but also blinded himself to all emotions metaphorically. Nago wanted to continue his fighting forever, but he lost all thrill in it when he realized he could never truly lose. Both of them, through their own volition, reached out and attained something, but feel their hearts hardened by the fact that they lost what they needed. The Chorus then, is Slayer's response. A life lesson to his youngsters. You're not that important, you're not that special, reaching your goals is not the end of everything, this too shall pass, enjoy the ride while you can.
Awww that means so much. Maybe because I screw around doing stuff that isn't Guilty Gear and not getting that much views, but I want to be among the greats. I definitely took it to the next level with this video with a more in depth intro (which was also there for Rock Parade but this one was more seamless between information and lore).
@@philosospielvideogamephilo3736 You are a very good youtuber editing wise and personality as some youtubers when analyzing just say things like " Vampires have the following traits Greed Lust Violence Gluttony and more now lets listen to Ups and Downs " however you show off your personality by enjoying the theme itself
3:28 Gender is not a spectrum. How you feel and what is on your body are 2 different things. If there is a scizo screaming the sky is green, you wouldn't validate him by saying "hmm, yes, the sky is very green today".
@@sputnikmann6541 xdddd, get that good noodle star. Who's a good lil pup. If you want an actual conversation, maybe grow up a little. That shit aint controversial, it's real and logical.
@@philosospielvideogamephilo3736 yeah, but it isn't. Yes, it's true that men can have feminin traits and women can have male traits. Saying gender is a spectrum is saying that a man isn't always a man and a women isn't always a women, wich would be true in the context of how to act like a proper man/women, but that is subjective. A man can never under any circumstances be a women and neither does it work the other way around. It's about bone structure and brain chemistry, wich is determined by our dna. A femboy is a dude, a tomboy is a chick and even if you have a femal brain in a male body, you're still a dude and your brain chemistry is still different to a normal women. It's important to have clear definitions and not blur the lines so anyone can live in their fantasy and ignore reality. Reality is brutal and it hurts, but the only way to deal with it is through logic and understanding. We all need a solid ground to walk on, we can't just try to run away our whole life. Like bro, life sucks, but it's gonna suck a lot more if we just keep copeing reality away. That's what we are doing right now and this is why gen z and gen alpha is such a cesspit.
Loving those deep analysis. It's so easy to miss all of this. (Maybe a deeper analysis of Goldlewis at some point? It's difficult to find anything for him)
