I was worried initially because I just started UI , but I don’t think we will lose jobs , people good with blending the AI and the human reasoning will replace those that don’t keep up , so I agree sharpen your skills in a specific area whilst involving AI and keeping up.
Exactly, what we are seeing AI produce now is not that good, mainly generic. it could get better but we dont know when. Definitely focus on sharpening those skills.
My concern is about what is still left, that we UI designers do that AI does in a very generic way or not at all ( if the clients bother to actually letting us handle this part), which is Research & Strategy for the brand. Because once it is done, it is done as well as the designs systems etc....everything becomes template based from there. Where do we go from here?
hey , am planning to practice ui/ux this whole year till jan2025 and expecting to get a job in 2025 . Should i continue or do something else , is there future for jobs in ui/ux?
@@UIUXDesign-kg5cm there is still a future, but it’s hard to know when job demand will come back. Watch my previous video on layoffs. Only you can decide if you should do something else. Talk to people in other sectors and see what the job market is like there. If you combine with ux focus more on ux and research skills, or if you like ui more, focus on design systems.

Hi. The user isnt interacting with the board. The board is for you and your colleagues to take notes during the test. The user will be interracting with the prototype. I hope that is clearer

Hi. I don't really have any course recommendations. Love Circular is quite decent. I haven't done enough intensive reearch into them. My advice is to not spend too much money on them, and focus on practicing design.

Take home tests are such a waste of time. GPTs can provide really good answers with prompting and everyone is using them. Live whiteboard sessions can gauge skills better as much as I hate them
Great video. The type of pressure they are creating on the workforce will likely lead to civil unrest. Generally people who are starving, are capable of committing any crime if it could assure themselves a nice meal.
