Movies, animations and documentaries from the first decades of the history of film, transferred directly from the historical cine-films.

All the videos on my channel were transferred, from historical 35mm and 9.5mm cine-films. In this process the cine-film is actually photographed, frame by frame.

As far as I know have all the works I've published fallen into the Public Domain.

In case there is still an excisting copyright protection on any of the works I've published, please contact me and don't let RU-vid take it down.

The cool thing about this is that in most shots we are seeing southern trains doing just their daily jobs. Bit of a step back in time.

Honestly surprised by all the praise in the comments. That was a very poor film. Way too many title cards for a story that didn't need any, and a story based on a single joke. The age of the film isn't an excuse, Méliès was making far better films 10 years prior. I'm not impressed by Max Linder so far...

Could have been drawn by Winsor Mckay or one of his students, the pairs overall features and the woman's face and glasses resemble forms widely seen in Mckay's hand-drawn art.

Must have been fun. I used to swim at Silver Springs when I was a kid in the 50's, and the water was 72°F. They had to stop letting people swim there because the alligators got to where they tried to get in and eat the swimmers.

8. "¿No puedes prestar atención? ¡Tan torpe!

3. "Infortúnio do infortúnio! "Ai! Besta imunda!" 17. "Tire seu chapéu, Sr. Max." 18. "Obrigado... mas não... heh... heh... é um velho hábito." 19. Fim.

Films like this are the proof that the most important parts in film making are the brain and talent, so no matter what means are available a film can be good with very few and simple things and that's a good film. We must never forget that cinematic art was defined and shaped in the years of silent cinema and people have to watch films of that era in order to see the whole picture about film world. :-)🎬

US sent aid to Japan for its Great earthquake then 18 years later in 1941 Japenise navy paid back with attack on Pearl Harbor. Japenise government and its people also blamed on Korean for the earthquake and killed 6000 local Koreans with false accusations. Japan is China.

The Lupino Bros (George (1853-1932), Arthur (1864-1908) & Harry (1867-1925)) were British "eccentric comedians" from the beginning of the previous century (see newspapers.library.wales/view/4182863/4182864/3/Phelps ) and the English Wikipedia-article on the Lupino family). I cannot find anything about a movie career, but that doesn't say everything.
