This is a Pathé Baby film from the 1920's of the bullfighting in Arles (France).
Today bullfights still take place in several countries in the world, despite international protests against the severe animal cruelty. In 2011 the French Ministry of Culture granted the bullfighting in Arles a cultural heritage status.
