Bunch of boys running around with daddy’s money. I don’t get why girls are in such a rush to give it up to a bunch of punk kids who ain’t never worked a day in their life.
If they are anything like the ones at Marshall University you avoid them at all cost. No, I take that back Marshall does a good job of keeping them in line and from causing trouble, or else locals would shoot and/or stab them in the bar, and no that's not a joke. I'm from Huntington and Marshall Alumni from my experience everyone kind of self-segregates, Marshall kids have the area that's safe for them and they are told not to go outside of that area because they don't want to deal with homeless people and junkies.
Hey anna could you do more wvu vids i had a few questions Where should i buy merch How many pairs of shoes should i bring Should i stay in dorms all 4 years or join a frat
The Book exchange, I had like 7 pairs and wore them all, and you'll probably not want to stay in dorms but you can find roommates and live in an apt or house! Sometimes it costs less than living in a dorm.
This is a little while late after the vid came out but i want to go to wvu bc i like the college and kinda know my way around because my sister went and graduated last year What are my chances of getting into wvu and where should i live if i do?
…I’m getting old. Half these houses were different frats when I was at WVU 😢 I remember Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE) got that badass mansion built for them at the top of frat row and then got kicked off the next year
Hi Anna, I really want to know how safe West Virginia is for a black student? Is the racism so much? I am currently tied between Missouri and West Virginia, I am an International students and I don't know which state would be safer for me. HEELLPP😂
as a freshman going into the second semester, my air forces were already trashed coming into school. but you would not belive the state that they are in now. PLEASE get shit shoes it will be a life savior. idk what half the things I've stepped in at the frats but I promise you'll need them.
Hi! I am a forensic examiner major, and I do not want a big, busy, party lifestyle, and I want my own space (so like a bed with walls and door that i can escape from other people). Honeslty, with the amount of parting that people say is a WVU, it is making me not want to even attend lol. Any recommendations? PS. do you think it would just be easier to go to a different UNI? Im an out-of-state student so its going to be incredibly expensive, and I don't want to waste money on a BIG UNI, when I want a more smaller college lifestyle.
So I have a really off-the-wall question… I’m planning to stage a production at the Glady’s B David theater at the Canady Center in JULY 2023 (yes, July when some 20,000 student head out for summer and return in August) I’m working Jamie Whoolery to finalize performance and and rehearsal schedules but next step is to find - preferably - ONE large house or Dorm Building to accommodate my actors (as require by the Actor’s Equity contract) as they will be relocating from NYC, Philly and (most likely) Pittsburg for the month. I scoped out Morgantown this last August and it looks like I can locate them - downtown - Morgantown and take the PRT to the Canady Center - there and back - between 10AM thur 10PM. I’ll be working with James Froemel to enlist students into the production, as well, but I trust most will have more relaxing ways to spend July than work, day and night on a very challenging theatrical production. Open to ALL ideas!!! George Rady ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4z9Xe2-DMNw.html
Moragntown use to be WILD. It is NOTHING like it use to be. 60lb nitrious tanks all night on the porch, bon fires, kegs, jello wrestling in kittie pools in the front yard, psychedelic jambalaya freely given to the whole neighborhood, house parties that literally went on for days and live music in your living room have been replaced by lame bars on high street playing top 40 radio hits. Its VERY different now days and glad I was there when it was total debauchery for my 20s. even the Den and the superette are gone
Update on the whiteboards from a current RA: Residence Life no longer permits whiteboards outside rooms. They had too many problems with people writing inappropriate things on them, so they just shot the whole thing down. Classic case of a few people ruining it for everybody.
ok this is probably a dumb question but will they check my dorm for alcohol? I’m going to be living in oakland and my parents are chill with getting me some but idk how I would move in with it yk? like just put it in the mini fridge? is it that easy or should i hide it lol
I put it in one of my suitcases/duffel bags! They won’t check without “reasonable suspicion” and make sure they don’t clank as ur walking hahahaha. But you’ll be fine
@@Annacondaaa13 i feel for me, a major thing I was concerned about since I'm living in boreman was safety on campus. i feel like that could be mixed into another video, but I had to DIG through the internet to find what I was looking for.
My older sister is at WVU as a Journalism she loves it there and tbh she does party a lot and the best part is she’s in a different state then I am so we can’t fight like usual
