Definitely a vey advanced class! Floating is hard! Something to aspire to, and a great energizing way to start the day. Love the creativity. Appreciate the sivasana end, but wish you could have brought us out as well.

Why don't you play music? When you go to LIVE classes, they play music. It's not only you, but I notice none of the videos play music. Music is an essential part of yoga.
We don't play music because it is not for everyone. We recommend playing your favorite music along with the class. If you use our YouAligned Classes app it allows you to play your favorite music app in the background of the classes. Check it out in your preferred app store. :)
