Navigation system and how to put an address in is crap. And also the voice control. This is a joke. It was in the former model and in the F60 is still not working. Nice is now extendable sport seat. Live in Thailand. Weather is no problem 😎
Hey, I know this video is old but how about restoring soft top black color? Mine is old and not as black anymore. Do these products restore color too or do I need to do something else?
A heavier shifter knob feels great in your hand. However, too heavy of a knob can mimic driving with your hand always on the knob...which leads to premature wear in the shifter linkage. Something to keep in mind.

They certainly do look good, but here in the Uk, at over £500 a pair, their certainly not a cheap addition. All owners will no doubt, drool and admire their quality, but you have to be a committed owner, to buy them.
Great review ,really enjoyed it ,I'm 63 , just replaced my BMW 630i sports coupe with an RF and I love it ,it's an automatic too and that means I can concentrate on enjoying the drive without the hassle of changing gears .
Hey, I know this is a long time ago, but... did Christoph with the 1.5 car get back on the dyno, and how did he get on? Mine made 139bhp and 141bhp completely stock on two different dynos, so the 137bhp on the stock tune seems about right. Thanks in advance!
Have watched first 10 mins of your video and it seems there are so many problems and issues with the car that I need to remove it from my shortlist immediately - no point in buying a car which is clearly so frustrating to live with. A shame as I’ve had 2 previous mini hatch’s and a clubman all of which I’ve loved but if I want something bigger it’s pretty clear that I need to look elsewhere, thanks for the heads up!
I’ve just bought one and love it. Prior to buying it I watched and read every review I could find. Then I found this one by a guy who doesn’t look old enough to drive and yet in fairness he probably gets this car more than the vast majority of so called professional reviewers. It’s not a super car, think of it as a GT that looks far better than anything else anywhere near this price point.
A little time after decimalisation was the last time the traffic flow allowed such orchestral, exhaust-speed sounds to be achieved in south London. Very attractive sound, if such roads and speeds were available and allowed around here; but how does it sound, amongst hundreds of other engines, on the Croydon bypass ?
Completely understand that you didn’t upload that much because it takes the fun out of it after a while. I just prefer being in the moment and not being worried about “getting good content”. Looking forward to the build and hope to see you at the track someday! 😉
Forgive me if I heard it wrong, but did you just put out a video saying that your partner took control of your beloved ND which you owned and cherished for 7 years and made it her daily driver and then she traded it in for a brand new Mini? 😂, I'm only kidding, I'm sure there was alot more reasons for selling the ND, I will of course continue to watch your NB build, workshop progress and any video's on the new 23 Mini, always enjoyed your content and will continue to do so despite selling the ND 😭🤦
My wife actually loved the ND as much as I did. She took it as it was the Fun car to drive to work 😉. But unfortunately there were indeed multiple factors both private as project wise that made us make the decision. In the end I swapped an miata and a mini for a miata and a mini 😂. @@AVPOnTheRoad My wife and I love our ND for it's fun handling, but for an everyday car I definately think your partners new Mini is a better all rounder, my wife had a Mini Clubman up until a month ago but traded it in for a new BMW 2 series M sport, but we still have the ND for the weekend. I don`t think Lexus had very young men in mind when they were designing this cool hybrid coupe! At least you liked it so Lexus will be happy with that.
Enjoyed your video however I am not a fan of windblockers at all. I want to remove my factory windblocker permanently and cover the insert holes with a casing similar to the one you used to mount the new tinted Windows blocker you showed. Can I get covers from your dealer that don’t have the bracket built into them? Thanks
