saw them around this time with Cody Canada in pontiac il.. good dudes . james gave me a sirens cd. said LISTEN. dont think it was out yet. never saw it coming is a GREAT song.
When most bands "cover" one of another artist"s songs or hits the best they can do is at least do it as good as the original is. When the creative, playing & singing talent is as good as it is here for my taste its even better because it adds soul and gospel to the mix which is my favorite kind of music.
Cory has to have more than two brain hemispheres to play like that, sing, and make technical adjustments all at the same while sounding like chick corea, herbie Hancock, and other great keyboardists. Dude is off the hook bad ass. And backed by a great band of players and singers.
Jj sounded like JH at approx 42 min -can you dig It. And the next tune sounded like “the screaming mothers” 1970s thereabouts. The music is great, jj is great with the whole band. Congrats.
Thank you! This is so great. I love hearing our stories of triumph, unity, and love. 🥹 S/B: I came across this channel while looking for places to live in Arlington that also have a thriving present-day “African-American” culture. If anyone has any suggestions please leave them below. 😊 lol
This was the best album released in years in my opinion, I spent a year telling anyone who would listen about the band, and then suddenly it disappeared from every platform, everywhere. What a shame and such a loss of good music, GREAT FKN MUSIC, the world will never have the pleasure of loving
I ran across this channel. I grew up in south Arlington, Johnson Hill. I've been watching all of your info all day while teleworking, Powerful Please keep up the good work. I'm gonna share this with everyone I know. Be blessed! Oh I worked for Mrs. Green.
Funny enough - I could tell it was Dave McGraw before I saw him in his "Agent McGraw" persona - that man is not just in the pocket, he is the pocket. This Jimmy James group, True Love, is The Shit. Tightest working brass section this side of heaven. Well done!
The band… goodness greatness…. And the 2 amazing beautiful vocalists…… recording on RU-vid was pretty direct and dry but still sounded amazing. I can only imagine watching iT LIVE!!! AMAZING !!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
