Not very informative, yet again. Bordering on Spam. This is not the way to sell things . Do Roli think we will be impressed with this hype or pissed off ? If we are supposed to sell our existing Rolis to make way for a new one, will Roli make it easier to pass on licensing to the new owner ? So many more questions.
Thanks for your feedback, Paul. We're in no way expecting you to sell your existing products, but if you need to pass on licensing of one of your products feel free to contact our Support Team at roli.com/support who will be able to help you. Feel free to ask us any questions you have about our upcoming release and beyond. Hope this helps!
That's a really great video! Could you make it a bit longer, let's say 25 minutes? Any chance one can buy the wondeful soundtrack in CD also? I have an empty slot in my shelf between the cheddar and the parmesan.
@@WeAreROLI I do! But I always have space there for truly cheesy stuff 😇My point simply being that the instead of that cheerful but frankly non-descript soundtrack, you could have had some of your artists provide something more impressive and reflective of your instruments. If I had listened to the track by itself I would have never guessed it was about MPE instruments.
Everything can change with delivery not just to a couple of countries, but all over the world. It's 2024, and Amazon can deliver a box to me from anywhere on the planet in a couple of days right to my door. Has this progress not reached England yet?
That is a hardware issue, Midi Bluetooth is possible with special components available in Apple products (iPhone, iPad Mac), but often unavailable in Windows PCs.
Try using the CME WIDI Bud Pro adapter some say it can connect PCs with Roli devices via Bluetooth but it takes some trial and error to get it working.
It had better be good. All I keep hearing about is that you’ve got something game-changing coming out. But I feel like it’s just gonna be the same instruments but with a few extra ‘features’ added in to just about make it look new.
Maybe it's a more direct competitor to the Osmose, with keys that actually move instead of a slab of squishy silicone, and with more key articulation than the Lumi Keys?
Ok, so - the piano changes the world. Roli changed the piano. What's next changes everything. So, what's going to change everything in order for Roli to then change everything? Or is everything already everything, and Roli simply changing the existing everything? Wait. What IS everything, and why does Roli know what it is, but we don't? I guess maybe that's what Roli is going to tell us on the 8th. And here I am just wishing I'd be given a free Seaboard Rise 2 soft case because I pre-ordered and waited months for mine to ship, whereas someone buying one now gets one without trusting Roli to pull through after giving them over a thousand bucks despite a shaky history with product launches. I already asked their sales department about it, they confirmed the strategy of retroactively punishing early customer trust in favor of incentivizing new revenue. Ohhh, wait - maybe THAT'S everything they're changing!
There’s actually some hints in these teasers. “We changed the piano, but what’s next changes everything” So it’s not a keyboard, like the Seaboard. ROLI’s mission is to unlock everyone’s musical potential and to make tools that turn all humans in music makers. So this new product might go in the direction of making music intuitively. Maybe by translating movement into rhythm. Or brainwaves into sound. Or voice into instruments. I don’t know… guess we’ll have to wait haha!
intressting. Voice to Midi is already there but maybe they have a better approach. Big MPE multitouch surface with assignable zones and agressive pricing would be nice.
Roll should try making a driver that works. Connnect can never find the driver, therefore no connection. Deleted it and am selling my Rise. End of discussion.
This Teaser is pure frustrating… No Insights, not a single Informationen about anything and the tease is going nowhere… Please give some clear Information, that would be a pleasure :) The hype you want to create got backslash potential… so many people who think what would come up next will be disappointed if the expectation like mine, getting a new Piano L version with 48 keys instead of 24 wont be fullfilled. Why are you doing this? :(
@@WeAreROLI You are total wrong. A teaser give some little Informations or Touchpoints about what comes next. You just create expectations you never can fullfill. But nevermind I see you won't come up with useful informations until 8th october. Very sad to acknowledge. :)
Still messing with my trigger finger I see🧐🙄😏😂😩😎🧲🎶🎵 Do you have ANY idea how long you're making me wait to bit this thing? 😂... Like 700 years in something's lifetime!
Look, Northeners are hard to impress. I need you to understand just how rare it is to hear "That is a smashing piece o' gear. Y've done well". Since the Industrial revolution its been said exactly three times, and one of those was the first bread slicing machine. Im looking forward to the gear, that might just be the best "piece o gear" since sliced bread.
When the early Roli keyboards were launched, they made a big play of portability and being able to use them with IOS devices, which would be great for me as I use an iPad as my main music device. So I bought one. But then they just stopped supporting it. Very disappointed customer here.
Hi, sorry for your disappointment. Our products all work with iOS DAWs such as Garageband & Logic Pro through Bluetooth. If you need any support with yours, contact our team at roli.com/support
@@WeAreROLI is there an IOS dashboard to configure the hardware? No. Is there an IOS version of Equator or Roli Studio? No. And the Noise app hasn’t been updated in 6 years. That’s not what I would call supported on IOS.
