Would any of y'all think it would be the same thing for a mentally disabled person, even if they live to be 50, but they never have sense? Like the kind that spend their whole life in diapers, can't use any of their body, eat on their own or talk? I got w a girl a year ago that had never been to church in her life. We have been going to church. Surprisingly, she has been open to my faith and wanting to see about it for herself. She said she sees how sure and passionate I am and she wants that or wants to know where that comes from. She has a lot of questions all the time which I don't mind at all. I showed her a friend of mine on FB who's daughter just passed away. She was a teenager but basically an infant. My gf was crying and said I can't imagine a living God would say that she was condemned from birth to go to hell when she never even had a chance or hurt anyone. My Calvinists thinking would say that that's the unfortunate truth, but then I think surely God wouldn't. I have never looked into the age of accountability for myself. This video helped a lot as far as aborted babies and small children. I'd assume the age of accountability is very low tho since, just w my gf kids and my niece, I see how we are natural born sinners and nobody has to teach us how to sin. Her son is 6 and though he lies and stuff and I see him be manipulative which gets under my skin, I pause cuz I think to myself, surely he doesn't understand that that's even what he is doing. Man inherits sinful nature from Adam, but men, people are not judged for Adam's sin. Thenotion babies go to hell because of original sin is blasphemy. We are saved by grace , but condemned for our willful actions. Babies have committed no such actions.

I've been noticing a lot lately how every story about r8pe and forgiveness tends to have the victim becoming a religious loon. I recently discovered a story by a victim on the internet posted in late 2019 by someone calling herself permission 2 speak freely. She as a young kid had fell victim to 2 men one was a one and done situation by some teen kid, one was over the verge of some time by a trusted man close to her and her family. She ended up forgiving both of them, one only by heart, and the other one, the trusted man, she forgave him to his face on his death bed. She even convinced him to get close to god before he went and still said she loved him. I don't want to judge or interfere in other people's decisions, after all a lot of the times the victim has a weight lifted off their shoulders by forgiving the evil that happened to them. But I really wonder do they not realize and trust me when I say that I can speak from experience, do they not realize that the people they decide to forgive simply do not change?. Side note: the story I'm talking about mentions god many times throughout it and she even says she feels like god saved her a certain night by making the phone ring and saving her from an escalating scenario. I don't know If I want to feel proud of the victim for managing to let it go and forgive it all or if I want to feel bad for how insanely ridiculous they've become.
In OT days men and women both wore long gown-like dresses, male and female garments were distinguished by colour. Men's were solid plain colour, women's more colourful and patterned. It isn't the shape of a garment which matters, it's how the garment is understood by society which matters. Historically garments are made to reflect either male or female gender. Hence, trousers/pants can be worn by men or women but women shouldn't wear trousers made for men and vice versa - i.e. as in cross dressing.
One of God's purposes in forbidding men and women from wearing each other's clothing is in order to maintain distinct gender identities. Men are men and women are women and clothing has to reflect our God given birth gender.
