I imagine the ab practice is *VERY good* to help with lower back issues as well, along with the wall exercise, preventing a forward slouch, which can create neck pain, so, very good advice!

... Any movement or activity is exercise ... I did martial arts... Taekwondo... For 11 years, and although I learned a lot, it did hurt me; I think it caused more harm than good! And there were WAY BETTER scientifically proven techniques to lose weight / fat, if that's your goal, than exercise! Exercise and sweating are INCREDIBLY INEFFICIENT ways of trying to burn fat off! And, just for the record, Google says a human head weighs about 11 lb! 😸... And, by the way, your hair, lips, and face look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
I started posture exercises recently. My neck pain led to a migraine lasting 3 days! I was surprised when typical remedies wouldn't work, but stretching did wonders and much quicker after I learned! I use the one you've shown, too ❤ 👍🏽

As a woman who is 50, I would say that some form of resistance training should be pursued when you get into your 30s, as your body will start to lose muscle then. I used to also never work out when I was younger (I didn’t “need” to), but noticed my body starting to look less “shapely/youthful” in my 30s. I now do weight training along with other activities regularly, and I’m sure I “need” to do so to maintain my physique.

I love being active but my main issue is when the seasons change I start slumping - I’ll be active in fall then summer comes and I get lazy, then I start being active and winter come and I want to hibernate 😅 I guess that’s human nature but it would be nice to be more consistent

I do vacuums after my ab routines. Now that I’m in my early 40’s, it’s harder to slim down now vs when I was in my early 30’s. But I hate the gym. My brother and I were just talking about this yesterday how we hate the gym because people these days are ruining the experience with wanting to film everything and just their attitudes. It’s like the night club. If you don’t look a certain way, they look at you like why are you here. I wish I had the money to turn the garage into a personal gym.
Trying to move forward after the death of my Father and Step Mom. I had to be over to there home and the grief gets better but then you look in the mirror and it looks like you are a rag doll lol. Ty for talking about this.
